Help with my Hermes.com issue

Card left *nd August saying attempted *st delivery failed and local courier still has parcel. Have tried tracking parcel today *rd August on line and it said parcel was delivered on *nd August , but no one was in yesterday morning and the parcel is not here. ******** or ****************

How GetHuman-gcoplowe fixed the problem
Despite tracking persistently assuring me my parcel was delivered at **.** yesterday and left in my porch (I haven’t a porch and nothing was left), the man who left me the card yesterday came back and delivered today, and was nonplussed why I had been informed it had been delivered. I tried unsuccessfully to make contact by email and phone. Your organization is totally disorganised, impossible to deal with when something goes wrong, and I hope I never have the misfortune to deal with them again!
