COMPLAINT.I was out when Hermes called to deliver my parcel from Amazon. I left a note attached to my front door asking for the parcel to be left with a neighbour. This was completely ignored and the parcel was left on my doorstep. What would have happened if the parcel had been stolen? I might have been away for the weekend or even longer.Would you have accepted liability if the parcel had been stolen? The tracking number provided was ****************.The Bar Code on the receipt bears the number********. I am Mr John Newcombe of * Singmore Road, Marldon,Paignton,Devon, TQ* *NW and my landline telephone number is ***** ******. I asked in my note on the door for the parcel to be left at number ** Singmore Road. The parcel is from Wildflower Trading Co. ordered through Amazon and contains *x*kg Douwe Egberts Filter Blend Coffee. Value £**.***Amazon Order Ref: ****-*******-*********I will also be submitting a complaint to Amazon and Wildflower Trading.
