Hi *Parcel tracking Id: *HRM*********We sent this parcel to a customer and by the time we sent the parcel out, the customer had got a refund from amazon due to delay issue. We contacted hermes before regarding the return of that parcel because it's expensive. We are willing to pay the return ticket as well. It's been a good amount of time since we haven't got it back. Let us know, where is the parcel. Have you delivered it to the customer in Poland or you have got it in your hold.*Thanks
