I'm sorry for bothering you but I have been trying to get ahold of you and I've never been called back after calling the *** *,Rep.said she I'll get a call back from her in ** minutes so I had time getting my paperwork together,the case*,gift cards*,coupon code and NEVER GOT A CALL BACK...... it's been * hours ** minutes. I payed for a care package warranty and it's been * months ago that I sent to you my laptop. Get no answer from my Resulution team worker ** calls & messages to there no call backs. What kind of treatment is this we're I've ordered custom laptops for little over * years I have been thinking about going to Dell to get treated write. Please let me know when I'm going to be able to order my laptop or you going to wait till the extended warranty is expired?????* Thank you,* GREGORY KOLASA
