I'm a long time member ordering laptops for the past * laptops and I've never been so disrespected as I have,** phone calls & messages Franky my resulution team worker hasn't answered one phone call.WHY IS THIS.?? I HAVE BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL and my refund amount is good as the gift cards go,but the Coupon code is expired why I didn't see why.But I've been trying to get ahold of Franky and I am behind in my classes because HP*Franky won't answear also I have been calling all over HP reps.know one can help,knows anything about this. So what the **** am I supposed to do with the gift cards if I don't have the Coupon code in order to complete my new order for laptop??????* Thank you and please let me know when you're going to be resolving this matter.* Respectfully,* Gregory Kolasa* *-***-***-****
