Hi HP *Many thanks for your recent cashback payment. - your help was much appreciated in completing the necessary forms. *My Instant ink Ac No. ***********Can I raise one other outstanding issue When i purchased my Envy printer **** it came with an offer of * months instant Ink ( this was a major factor as to why this printer was purchased). The instore staff at Currys where a little unsure as to how the * months free allocation was received but thought it would be via a pre paid card which probably be inside the packaging. There was a card included which was duly included in the registering* enrollment process but on reviewing my account I can see that I will be paying for 'instant ink' wef the *nd Feb which means I only have been allocated * months free ink as opposed to the expected * months. Can you tell what I need to do to update my account so that it reflects the full * months allocation.
