I don't feel like writing even dear or respected because your company do not deserve it . Your company is just worst than any other companies .i M going to recommend people to not to choose HP for any devices . I bought HP notebook on *st may **** and it is giving me trouble since day one I called up customer care on *th may **** they gave me case Id :********** they sent technician on *th may **** after * days more then this worst, technician checked and it was not proper yet later on technician told me he is sealing laptop and he did and further told me I will receive duo letter by *th may **** today is **th may **** and I still didn't receive any duo letter and now duo team sending technician again to do some check up **** I have called customer care more than ** times and now I m tried being polite to your all. **I m very clear on my side it is a manufacturing default and I want replacement any how by today it self I wont be using this laptop I want replacement. My exams are going on and my projects data are in laptop and pending because of your all somehow my surviving because I have data in my emails please do not force me to update about this case in every social media and go to consumer court. i have important meeting tomorrow any because of your all I have to bear losses and pay it Send me duo letter by today it self or else Monday m surely going to consumer court and posting about this case on every social media.
GetHuman-charmi did not yet indicate what HP should do to make this right.
