I was preparing to file. Click, click, entered my state payment. Click to file. "You must update before you file" ok update software. Go back in to file and wants me to pay again for the state. I tried chat, no service. I called, on hold ** minutes. Rep would not listen to what my problem was. Said I had not paid the $**.** then said, you know you have to pay to file your state too. I tried to explain several times that I had paid already. That the charge was pending in my credit card account. The $**.**. So now, in order to file, I had to pay the $**.** again. Both charges are pending on my credit card. I am very upset about this. Especially that the rep would not listen to what I was saying. Chat was useless, it was not picked up in over ** minutes. Service *****. I won't use HRB next year. I want my money back.
