H&R Block offers four online software packages:
Free
The free package helps you file Form 1040, and take the child, earned income, elderly, and disabled tax credits. It also assists in filing Schedules 1, 2, and 3 for business income, alimony, retirement contributions, and related issues. It is not equipped for itemized deductions.
Deluxe
The Deluxe package comes with all of the features of the Free package plus assistance with maximizing your itemize deductions and tax credits. It also provides phone support and lets you store your tax information for 6 years.
Premium
The Premium package contains the features of the Deluxe package plus assistance for investors, freelancers, and rental property owners. It also lets you file Schedule D, E or K-1 forms. It also lets you import your tax information from outside sources.
Self Employed
The Self Employed package comes with all of the features of the Premium plan plus H&R Block's Business Booster, which helps you figure out what expenses can be written off. It automatically imports Uber information.
