Sent t ok niles Illinois office * times with no response!!!*Alison,*I'm writing to voice my extreme displeasure with my experience last evening. First of all, I made an appointment for *:** with YOU back in December. I came in around *:** for my appointment. I was not even greeted or asked if anyone could help me. I saw one woman peek her head out from a back room. There was one girl in the waiting room. Around *:** Laura came out from her appointment and I was finally acknowledged. She said she would be my preparer and would be with me in ** minutes. I did not make my appointment with HER!! Finally at *:**, ** minutes after my appointment time, she came to get me. That's when it got even worse!!! She started asking questions, etc. I could barely understand her to begin with. She seemed like she hadn't a clue what she was doing. I did have * w*'s, but that's her job!! I had to tell her about * times about something she missed. I have always done my own taxes, but really wanted to get the RAL. I got the emerald card back in December with you. So, after her struggling for almost * hours, she came up with an amount, which was very low. I said I did not agree and did not want to file at that point. I did not feel at all confident with her preparation. I walked out quite upset with the whole experience. I went home and did it myself in about ** minutes. The only problem is I don't have the RAL or a way to pay off my advance. I won't get my refund until the end of February because of my tax credits I claimed. I did check the apply the refund to my emerald card. How will that work now? I can't pay off my advance until I get my refund. I will never come back to that office with such unqualified people!!*Thank you for your time.*Barbara Blaski *Show quoted text
