hello, I attempted t file my return on ********** I was rejected due to wrong pin. I went back in the system at put in the pin given to me by the IRS. again, I was rejected by H&R Block. I called the customer service number ********** for assistance and was prompted to call the IRS due to the fact that H&R Block does not deal with issues regarding IP PIN numbers. I contacted the IRS and they confirmed that everything was fine on my end. the following days I continued to try and was continually rejected by H&R Block. on ******** I used a competitors service and was accepted with no problems from the IRS. I contacted H&R Block on ********** so inquire about a refund for the premium federal return services because I was unable to use it to file my return. I spoke to ileen (customer service rep) and regina (customer service sup) both telling me that not only did they not see any notes from my call made on ********** where I was asking for help but that they could not assist me because I never asked for assistance with the product. I was told by both women that they could not issue a refund because I never seeked advice prior to going to the competitor and I should have given them a chance to fix it. not only did I call and seek assistance, I was turned away and had no choice to go somewhere else. I would like a refund of $** based on your money back guarantee if I am dissatisfied with an H&R Block product. I have ** days to make that claim and I would like to make it now.
