I was told that your fee would be deducted from my federal refund. Your company failed to send in the proper documentation regarding Obamacare, which delayed my refund significantly. When I finally did get my refund, it was the amount that you said that it would be AFTER your fees were deducted. I never got my state refund. I called the state and they said that it was transmitted to the financial institution. I called your customer support today, and your representative informed me that you WITHHELD my state refund! She said she’d transfer me to the Emerald card department. I told her that I did not have an Emerald card, and she said that they are also your financial department. When she transferred me over, all it did was repeatedly ask for the last four digits of my Emerald card number, which as I previously stated, I DO NOT HAVE ONE. It gave me no other options or menus. I am prepared to take this nightmare of a story to every possible social media outlet, contact every possible regulating government entity, and retain an attourney if you do not release my state refund, which is properly mine. I will continue to go public with this story until my state refund that is rightfully mine is given to me. If I do not receive my refund within ** hours, I will begin to take action and will not cease until you return my money. I am a single father raising three children on my own, one of which has a serious disease. She has a $*** doctor’s appointment coming up that is not covered by insurance. I need MY money ASAP!
