I purchased two XXL Jack Jones tracksuits through Groupon, one for Christmas and one for a January birthday. Unfortunately, the Christmas tracksuit given to my 6ft 4ins son-in-law was too tight in the jumper and the trousers were about 5 inches too short. The return policy states they should be returned within 2 weeks, which is challenging for items meant as surprises. I am unsure how to proceed with this issue. Thank you.

I purchased two Groupons recently. One was for Prestige Spa in San Juan, California, but they couldn't honor it as I had used a Groupon there before. The staff managed to issue me a refund, but I'm not sure how to receive it. I prefer a cash credit. The second Groupon was for three IPL treatments at Deluxe Med Spa in Irvine. They had to cancel on me three times due to not having the laser machine, a sick technician, and not planning to have the machine in the future. They offered me a facial instead, but I would like a refund instead, especially since my Groupon has now expired. Thank you, M. Winokur.

I charged the item for 8 hours, but upon setting it up, I experienced extreme slowness, taking 15-20 minutes to load anything. It took over an hour to set up a Google account, and then it died in less than an hour. The keypads are very stiff, and some letters don't work correctly. Even when they do work, they type out the wrong letters. Rotating the screen didn't help either. The quality is poor - blurry, fuzzy, and the screen is dim despite adjusting the brightness. The screen vision is terrible, making it difficult for my toddler to use. The pixelation of images and videos on YouTube and other sites is also disappointing. Overall, I am very unhappy with the product given the amount of money spent on it.

I bought a one-hour lymphatic massage deal. Upon arrival, I was surprised to learn it was a machine-assisted massage, which was not specified in the Groupon offer. Despite my willingness to try it, the therapist was preoccupied with phone calls throughout the session, which disrupted my relaxation. Having experience with authentic lymphatic massages due to medical reasons, I could tell the treatment was not genuine, especially after noticing a sign for "lipo massage" on the door - a significant difference. I have photos of the machine and the poster for reference. The lack of attention and misleading information left me feeling scammed and dissatisfied. I seek a full refund for this disappointing experience.

I had a disappointing experience with Barberella Hair and Beauty Bar in Miami. The owner, who claims to be Canadian and not Floridian, asked me to pay her directly instead of using a Groupon. Despite offering a discounted price online for services, I was overcharged. The owner made excuses and claimed I could only use a Groupon once when it says three per person. Additionally, customers are required to book appointments at least a week in advance, which is inconvenient. I believe this owner is manipulative and should not be listed on Groupon. - Eileen Pelletier

Dear Sir or Madam, Some time ago, I purchased a voucher for "The Music of Harry Potter" on 08/01/[redacted] in Essen. The event was originally scheduled for [redacted] and was postponed due to COVID-19 to the mentioned date. I have not received any email from you regarding the rescheduling of the event. Now, the app is showing me the updated information. The event on 08/01/[redacted] in Essen is still happening but at a different venue. Can I use the voucher for this event? We have booked a hotel specifically for this occasion, and it would be disappointing if we were to travel there for nothing. Otherwise, we would need to cancel the hotel reservation. Is the voucher valid for the event on 08/01/[redacted] at the Philharmonie in Essen? If not, when is the replacement date? Thank you! I ordered the calendar with order number 1[redacted]58-[redacted] from Groupon on 11/22 and it was delivered on 12/01. When it arrived, I wasn't home, so my friend accepted it but didn't check it. Upon my return, I noticed that the calendar was A) already repackaged by DHL and B) completely soaked due to the beer inside. The beer was ruined, and the box smells awful. Groupon stated that support is handled directly between the provider and the buyer, so I contacted Kalea, the seller, the same day. They advised me to send an email with attached photos, which I did promptly. However, I haven't heard anything since. After calling again, I was informed that I would receive a return label later that day, but it never came. I sent another email with no response. I would like a refund and to get rid of the stinky calendar, whether I return it or dispose of it myself.

I bought 2 Groupon vouchers from Cozy Maid on January 4th. One was for 6 hours for my home and the other was for 3 hours as a gift for my fiancé's home. I used the 6-hour voucher for my house cleaning but couldn't use the 3-hour voucher for my fiancé's house as intended because it was linked to my account. I've tried contacting Cozy Maid regarding gifting the voucher, but I haven't received a response. I would like to either gift the 3-hour cleaning or receive a full refund of $76.54 to my credit card. I need assistance resolving this issue.

Hello, on November 24, [redacted], I ordered two ASIA GLOBAL DAIMPORT S.L. Crazy Chef microwave cleaners, one male and one female, for Christmas order number [redacted]03. Unfortunately, I never received this order, and the amount was debited from my account. Please let me know if I will receive them; otherwise, I request a refund. Additionally, I received another item, a navy blue fleece sweatshirt, order number [redacted] in size XXL, which is way too small (€16.99). I emailed [redacted] some time ago, but I haven't received a response. I request a refund since this was supposed to be the largest size. I purchased a Groupon voucher for McAfee Total Protection [redacted] for one device last year. After following the instructions in the email, my son tried to redeem the code on the website. However, he was prompted to enter a 16-digit license code that was not provided on the voucher or via email. I would appreciate assistance with obtaining the missing license code so we can secure his PC. The Groupon code I used is: 27648MC7UN.

I bought a couples massage but received an error message about the purchase not going through. After confirming my funds with the bank, I tried again. Unfortunately, the last transaction actually went through, resulting in two charges on my account. I would like a refund for one of the charges since I only intended to purchase one couples massage.

I have a Groupon voucher for Matchmoor Horse Riding Centre with the expired Security Code CEFF5D3AC4 and Groupon Code VS-LB7M-WP1J. I've been attempting to book for the last few months, but the phone line is either cutting out or asking me to leave a message. Despite leaving polite messages, I've only received one callback that I missed last Saturday. Today alone, I've tried 7 times to call, with no luck as the phone just rings out. Even though the voicemail says they're closed on Wednesdays, all my attempts have been on other days. Since the voucher expired on January 2nd, I'd like a refund as I've tried booking multiple times before the expiration date. Currently, I cannot recommend this supplier. Thanks, Russell D.

I bought two vouchers from Sushi Karma-Asian Bistro & Bar, one for Sushi Sashimi and Poke Bowls, which I used one of, and another for Thai Cuisine and Non-Alcoholic Drinks that I haven't used yet. When I tried to use the second part of the first voucher a month ago, I found the restaurant temporarily closed. After contacting the Kansas City, MO location and leaving my information with the management, I have not received any response. Upon researching today, I discovered that the restaurant is permanently closed. Both vouchers expire on March 29, [redacted], and I am seeking a refund of $30. Best, DM Cato

I recently purchased a Groupon deal for moving services from a company named "A Moving Company" in Phoenix, AZ. The Groupon deal included 3 hours of moving services with two men and a truck for $[redacted]. Despite my attempts to contact the company using the provided phone number, I have been unsuccessful. The phone number goes straight to voicemail, and there have been issues with the company's online presence. I have followed Groupon's guidelines and attempted to reach the vendor for over a week without any luck. The situation seems concerning, as the company's phone number is no longer functional. I believe "A Moving Company" may no longer be operational. I am seeking a refund for my Groupon purchase so that I can use it towards booking services with a different moving company in the future after confirming their legitimacy.

Please provide me with a link to unsubscribe from your services. I am disappointed with the lack of assistance I received regarding my order issue. I want to ensure that my agreement with your company is terminated and no further payments are taken from my PayPal account. My request was simple - to refund the money to my PayPal and bill me from a different account. Unfortunately, it seems your focus is solely on financial gain rather than resolving customer concerns. I purchased 2 Bluetooth Karaoke microphones for €18.55. Unfortunately, they are of poor quality and unusable. I am requesting a refund from Groupon for the amount paid. I received a group Christmas gift for Ohlala Wellness and attempted to schedule an appointment. When I checked online, I discovered they only offer male massage therapists, which was not mentioned in the Groupon deal. I contacted them via email requesting a female therapist, but received no response. As a female, I am uncomfortable with a male therapist and left a voicemail over a week ago inquiring about female therapists with no reply. I am seeking a refund for the 90-minute Swedish massage due to my preference not to have a male therapist. The lack of communication and options from the company is disappointing, and I feel they should be transparent about their therapist options before customers purchase services. I will not be using their services and would appreciate a refund. Thank you.

Due to the current situation, I find myself with $[redacted] in Groupon bucks that I am unable to use. As a senior, I must isolate and am uncomfortable using public transportation to go to businesses like spas and beauty shops. I am concerned that the pandemic may not end soon, but my Groupon bucks are valid for [redacted] days. In the past, I had $[redacted] in expired coupons converted to Groupon bucks by a chat representative. However, I am unsure how to use these bucks and may not be able to do so within the specified [redacted] days.

German for "Magic Flute" on 22.12.[redacted] for Kids Voucher: I kindly request a refund of 45.00 euros. Voucher Code: VS-JX5G-VBK1-G311-XFMS: The voucher could not be redeemed on 22.12. Reason: the hall could only be filled to 25% capacity. Unfortunately, we were not informed beforehand. My granddaughter and I were turned away. It was quite a situation to have people come, who might have to take multiple trips, meticulously plan for schoolchildren, and navigate through the city by bus and S-Bahn. Via email, I was offered the date 18.3.22 by Go2-Convent GmbH, Dr. Ulf Steinecke. Initially, I accepted the date but forgot to select the time. On 23.12.[redacted], "infoQgo-2.eu" wrote - Stop - Groupon will refund everything. You would then need to rebook.
