Dear Customer Service, I purchased two IL Giardino Restaurant Groupons that expired in April [redacted] and would like to use them or get credit for the amount paid. I am unable to access the Groupons on the website to show at the restaurant. Despite multiple attempts to contact Groupon in the past, I have not received any response. I purchased an Apple iPad Air2 64GB Wi-Fi (Scratch & Dent) tablet on 7/10/20 with Order #[redacted]. The tablet arrived with a small straight horizontal crease/dent on the back, but I had bought a Zagg case to cover it. After charging it fully, I noticed that the battery drained quickly during use. My wife's Refurb A grade Air2 lasts longer on a full charge. I returned the tablet with your authorization label, and it was picked up on July 21, [redacted]. I attempted to reach out to Groupon upon receiving my invoice and noticed that the system mistakenly processed three orders instead of one for the portable air coolers. I would like to return two of them as I only need one. Despite contacting an agent, I was informed that the items were still in transit, but they actually arrived yesterday. When attempting to initiate a return on the website, it indicates the product is not eligible due to being on "final sale." However, this was not disclosed when I made the purchase. Hello, I recently bought a Groupon for a canvas print. I tried to order it twice from my phone but faced technical issues, so I planned to order it later from a computer. I just realized that I missed the 30-day expiration date, which I didn't notice when I purchased it. I've bought many Groupons before, and usually, there's a longer usage window, so I was surprised by the short timeframe. Although it's my fault for not seeing the 30-day limit, I'd still like to use it or get a refund. I want to support businesses during these challenging times, but this experience makes me wary.

I recently bought a face shield from SPRY LLC. Unfortunately, the shield arrived damaged and bent in a plain plastic bag with no protective wrapping. I reached out via email earlier but haven't heard back. I prefer a refund instead of an exchange due to the poor quality of the product. It is disappointing to see inferior items being sold. Hello, I purchased a service from J&W Mobile Pressure Washing on July 7, [redacted], but despite the transaction showing as "Redeemed" on July 8th, they never arrived to provide the service. I have been attempting to reach them weekly since then. Initially, I was informed that they were dealing with a family matter, followed by a rescheduled appointment via text message for August 12th, which they failed to honor. Their phone number became disconnected, but I obtained a new one through Groupon. However, they have not responded to my inquiries or messages. Dear Sir/Madam, On June 16, [redacted], Marcel REMY ordered perfumes, including Giorgio Beverly Hills, and paid €89.89 at Superwinkel with Yvette Fevrier's Visa card. On July 7, Marcel REMY ordered 2 car compressors, paid €56.17 at Groupon with Yvette Fevrier's Visa card. These items were supposed to be sent to: Alain Vanhuytven [redacted] Mellenne Street [redacted] Venette France None of these products have been received at the delivery address. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide order confirmation numbers due to a computer malfunction that deleted all the information. I apologize for the inconvenience. I attempted to redeem one of my identical Groupons at a Car Care center. Despite arriving early before they opened at 8:00 AM for a wheel alignment, they said it would take 3-4 hours before they started. With two $38 Groupons, waiting that long is unreasonable. The establishment doesn't allow appointments and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. I arrived before 8:00 AM on a Tuesday following the coupon's guidelines. This seems like a way for them to avoid providing the service at the Groupon price. I am requesting a refund or credit for Groupon codes: VS-X2GR-2C1J-HLJL-YTXW and VS-KW7X-TZKZ-TY97-L473 as they did not fulfill their advertised services. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Groupon Customer Service, I have been attempting to inquire about a Golden State Warriors Round wooden wall hanging that is still listed on your website but marked as discontinued. The design features blue on the outside with Golden State Warriors at the top and est. [redacted] at the bottom, and a yellow middle section depicting the Golden Gate Bridge. The distressed wood gives it an antique appearance and it is priced around $50. I am hoping to either purchase one or obtain information about the manufacturer. My son, initials S.C., purchased a Groupon with number VS-YZSS-BG43-14HM-5T5S for a Father's Day gift and gave it to his Dad in June. I need help with a situation regarding a voucher I received for afternoon tea at a hotel in Ranelagh. I followed all the conditions on the website and paid for it months ago, only to have my reservation canceled without notice. I tried contacting the hotel for credit or a new reservation, but they keep redirecting me back to Groupon and the Charlemont Hotel. This isn't the first time I've dealt with this kind of issue. Previously, I paid for cartridges and never received them, resulting in a lot of frustration and wasted time. I don't want to keep providing long numbers or being treated like an idiot. A contract should ensure that I receive the services I paid for without all this hassle.

I was charged $60 on my credit card for a Costco membership through Groupon, but I was unable to complete the membership application despite trying multiple times. I recently bought the discounted Costco plan through Groupon and was mistakenly billed twice when I tried to input the required information on the website. I am seeking a refund for the duplicate charge. I have evidence of the double billing which I can provide. It has been challenging to get assistance with resolving this issue, causing me frustration. I would appreciate compensation for the time and inconvenience this has caused. As a long-time Groupon user, I find this situation unacceptable and upsetting. Please respond promptly, or I may escalate this matter. Attached is proof of the double $60 charge for the Costco discount program. I anticipate your prompt reply. Order number 1[redacted]78-[redacted] was placed on July 16th for gutter cleaning services. The service provider attempted to charge over $[redacted] for additional repairs and did not complete the job. A refund of $[redacted].70 was processed by Groupon as "bucks" for future purchases. Difficulty in contacting Groupon for assistance via phone and email has been experienced. The preference is to have the refund issued directly back to the original payment method rather than as "bucks" due to the challenges faced in communication with Groupon.

I bought a Groupon deal for Latisse eyelash serum that needs to be activated through the merchant, Apostrophe. I visited their website, registered, and submitted all required information, but I keep receiving an error message when I try to submit. After several email exchanges with their customer service (based in China), they identified a computer glitch. Since I can't use my Groupon, I am requesting a refund that should include an $18 credit from my account used for this purchase. Considering closing my Groupon account as there seems to be no support available. I have visited their Help Center three times and keep encountering an error message prompting me to refresh and try again. I am re-sending this for the eighth time. Previously, I sent it to the Support Department. On October 30, [redacted], I bought three Groupons without realizing that the shop had changed names and locations. I spent $30.00, $[redacted].50, and $82.00 assuming it was a new establishment. Had I known the circumstances, I would not have made these purchases due to past unsatisfactory experiences before the relocation. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact your support department, someone finally advised me to reach out here. These efforts date back to October [redacted] with no response until now. I ordered a phone case with a clear design featuring the Eiffel Tower and a screen protector. However, I only received the screen protector. The case is the main item I wanted. The merchant is KP-Global. I contacted them via email, and after threatening to cancel the order, they asked me to confirm if I still wanted the case. I replied confirming my interest. I had a reservation at Lulu restaurant in Pont-à-Mousson on 08/20/[redacted] at 8:00 p.m. We arrived on time but were asked to wait as the table wasn't ready. We had to wait outside on a busy street for half an hour. I inquired again but there was still no table, and the server was unfriendly. Once more, we waited outside in the heat and car fumes, without even being offered water. My husband has asthma, so I asked again at 9:00 p.m., but there was still no table, and the server became even more unpleasant. I mentioned that this was unacceptable and that we would request a refund. The server remained unaffected. I requested either a refund or a voucher for another restaurant. Thank you, MME G.
