My ** yr old used my Groupon account to book a hotel in Palm Springs without my permission. I’m obviously angry. I found out the day before the reservation when it was claiming it was too late to cancel. I called and spoke with the hotel and they said they were willing to cancel the reservation and refund the charge without penalty, and notes the account on their end. I was instructed to contact Groupon and let you know to call the hotel to confirm this information, confirm we never checked in and that the reservation was cancelled. I am assuming the customer service at Groupon is responsible and prompt at handling this situation. The hotel said after the information is confirmed, I will be reimbursed by Groupon, and I’m assuming I will receive an email about this since you have made it so customers can’t speak directly to anyone anymore. Thank you and I apologize for the confusion!
