I bought a gift for my mother on Christmas through Groupon. The deal allowed gifting, so I sent it to her. Unfortunately, the business refused to honor the massage package, claiming she couldn't use a gift not personally bought. Despite Groupon stating it was gift-able, the owner declined to assist me when I reached out with evidence of our conversation. I'm very dissatisfied with Groupon for not clarifying this and the business for their lack of communication. I want a full refund as I won't return because of their unprofessional behavior. Dear Sir, I hope you and your family are enjoying the new year. I am reaching out regarding the cancellation of my and my fiancée's helicopter tour booked for today, December 4th, at 11 AM. I received a message from Heliflights yesterday informing me that the flight was canceled due to poor weather conditions. I tried to reschedule for Sunday, December 5th, but it seems all slots are taken. Unfortunately, my fiancée is departing the United States tomorrow, and we won't be able to go on the tour during her visit. I attempted to request a refund through "Mark as redeemed" on Groupon, but it seems the system indicates I have already used the coupon, which is not the case. As I am unable to reach you by phone, I kindly request your assistance in processing a refund for the canceled booking. I purchased one bra, but received a set of two bras called "2 Pair Women Lift Up Invisible Bra - Latest Rabbit Strapless Backless Breast Lift Beige Strapless." Unfortunately, due to an app glitch, I ended up with two sets. I only need one set and would like to return the extra. To make matters worse, the sizes are incorrect. I ordered Size 3.74 inches, but only one bra is the correct size, the rest are too large for me to wear. I am disappointed and would like to return the oversized set and receive the correct size. I have the order numbers for both sets and am aware of the "Free Returns Within 14 Days" policy. The package arrived today, on 01/04/[redacted]. After checking in, while combing my hair by the mirror, I was startled to see a family of roaches running around. I immediately went to the front office to inform Manager Samatha about the situation, even showing her a video of the roaches on the wall. She offered me an "upgraded room," but upon entering, the room had a terrible smell, as if an animal had died inside. When my guests arrived and experienced the odor, they were on the verge of being sick. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially because it was my Birthday, and I had hoped for a pleasant stay. I requested a refund and chose to leave the resort. Discovering that Groupon endorsed such a place was surprising. The actual condition of the resort was nothing like the pictures shown. I am deeply dissatisfied and seeking a full refund.

My 17-year-old made an unauthorized reservation at a Palm Springs hotel using my Groupon account. I discovered this the day before the reservation and was unable to cancel it. After contacting the hotel, they agreed to cancel the booking without a fee. They advised me to inform Groupon to verify this with the hotel. I trust that Groupon's customer service will handle this promptly. The hotel mentioned I will be refunded once the details are confirmed. Hello, I am reaching out for the second time regarding my refunds from Groupon. I have not received any response or seen the promised refund in my bank account yet. Initially, I was informed by Groupon that $14.00 would be refunded due to Martini Blu closing down and my order # [redacted] becoming inactive. Additionally, I have not received the $30.00 refund for my voucher purchased for Yovany's Auto Repair with order # [redacted]. Despite my Groupon account indicating the refunds were processed, Yovany's Auto Repair has declined to accept the voucher, claiming they no longer work with Groupon. I urge Groupon to promptly refund the funds to my account ending in [redacted]. This marks my second attempt to resolve this issue, and I hope to avoid sending a third email. I have tried calling and live chatting without success. Groupon's policy states I should receive a response within 48 hours, which has not been the case. I received an email notification informing me that the cleaning service is temporarily unavailable until February 2, [redacted]. They have extended the expiration date of the Groupon by 45 days to make up for the inconvenience. I am experiencing issues with a Groupon purchase that has led to me being sent to collections. I used the Groupon for a purchase but lost account access afterwards. I am uncertain if my purchase through the Groupon was completed or if I received a refund for it. I bought driver's lessons from Promo Driving School. The deal included 3 driving classes, the five-hour class, and a car for the road test for $23. When I went to redeem my coupon at the school, they said it was only for the five-hour class and wanted an extra $20 for the driving lessons. I double-checked the ad before buying and even spoke to a Groupon representative who confirmed my purchase included all these items. Hello. I'm Rachael Lipson and I recently received my order of 6 pair set of DCF Socks-PAINTINGS- Wave and Mona Lisa-S/M (Order # [redacted]65). I ordered the correct size for my shoe size, which is women's 7 1/2, but unfortunately, the socks are too tight for my calf muscles. Due to a rare neuromuscular disorder causing continuous muscle spasms, I need to exchange them for a larger size L/XL. While I understand the policy states final sale, I hope for an exception considering my circumstances. I am reaching out about a Groupon I recently purchased for a stay at Pheasant Run Resort from 1/4/20 to 1/6/20. The resort's amenities, such as Zanies Comedy Club, theater and dinner, and spa, were enticing factors for us. Upon check-in yesterday for my boyfriend's birthday, we discovered that the resort had undergone new ownership and none of the amenities were available. Disappointed, we had to find another comedy show and dinner venue around 25-30 minutes away. I attempted to purchase a custom doll named Annabel with dark hair. Despite encountering errors, I managed to place the order today. However, there was no option to select the name or hair color. I requested a callback, but the customer service representative, who I had difficulty understanding due to her accent, abruptly ended the call after saying she would check on my order. I recently purchased an 8-10 vacation package to Ireland, but encountered issues with the voucher redemption process. After clicking "View Voucher," it showed as redeemed without displaying the voucher or code. Despite multiple live chat conversations, I only received an unusable voucher number. Great Value Vacations' website wouldn't accept it. For a week, I've been stuck in a loop with Groupon's customer service, always being told it's escalated to the Outbound Team. They couldn't provide a direct contact number, only emailing them. With just 8 days until the voucher expires, I'm frustrated by the lack of assistance. Interestingly, my travel partner faced a similar issue, but her problem was resolved promptly within 2 hours. All that's needed is for Groupon to verify with Great Value Vacations that the voucher remains unused.

I recently bought a Sam's Club membership through Groupon and redeemed it in-store. After receiving my card, I was informed that the additional benefits like food and cash back offers would be sent via email, but as of now, I've only received a welcome letter dated 12/16/19. My redemption code is ADQ5JHZK0FSI. The Groupon deal included a one-year membership, a household card, a $5 eGift card, a $25 eGiftCard after first purchase, and a free rotisserie chicken, yet I haven't received any of these extras. Approximately a year ago, I purchased a Groupon voucher for 3 oil changes at StingRay Auto Repair on John St. in Seattle, near my residence. I recently received an email from Groupon notifying me that the Seattle location of StingRay had closed as of 1/1/[redacted]. The only remaining store is now in Redmond, WA, which is 39 miles away with a costly toll bridge. I contacted StingRay today, and Manager Jason indicated that they would not refund the unused portion of my voucher. I drive only 78 miles a month according to my Metro Mile car insurance. The travel time and expenses to their Redmond location are excessive for me, considering my age and the strain on my vehicle. I bought a helicopter voucher for my boyfriend's birthday. When I couldn't book online, I called and arranged a ride for 7:00 on October 7th. The pilot never arrived, and we waited until 8:15, leaving voicemails and trying to contact them. The next day, we got an "apology" text asking to reschedule, but their tone was aggressive, suggesting inconvenient times. They eventually stopped responding, and we haven't heard about rescheduling. It's disappointing that we traveled to Alpharetta just to be let down on such a special day. I'm requesting a refund since I'm hesitant to trust them with my money or safety in a helicopter.

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a pair of shoes from Redfoot using a Groupon Voucher, but unfortunately, they were the wrong size. I initiated the return process through the Redfoot website before the Groupon site showed the status as delivered. I requested an exchange for a larger size of the same model. After dropping off the shoes at a Hermes Parcel drop off, I discovered there was also a return option through Groupon, which only appeared today. I tried this option and received a Royal Mail label with an address in Swindon, while the Hermes label from Redfoot was addressed to Lancashire. I have attached screenshots of the Groupon and Hermes sites as I'm unsure about the order number. My husband has contacted [redacted] regarding this issue.
