To Whom It May Concern: I, Bethena Almond, purchased a voucher in August or September this year for 1-[redacted]-Baskets. However, when I tried to use the voucher, the website indicated that it had already been redeemed, although the recipient never received the basket. When I contacted 1-[redacted]-Baskets, they claimed the voucher was not valid, despite it showing as used on the website. The voucher is not set to expire until January 31, [redacted]. It seems like a case of customers paying for vouchers that are not being honored. My reference number is LG-XRV-2-7JCF-MKBZ-RYHH. Sincerely, Bethena Almond

I purchased Davis and Grant saucepans from Groupon, and unfortunately, the coating was faulty. I returned them hoping for a refund back to my credit card. However, I received Groupon credit instead, which I don't want. I would like the refund to be processed back to the original credit card used for payment. I don't intend to use Groupon again, especially for this amount. Thank you. - Julie H.

I placed an order on November 21st with a ship date of December 13th. However, I was unable to input the shipping address at that time. The last time I contacted your company, I was advised to reach out to the purchased item's support for address correction. Unfortunately, they were unaware of my purchase. I think it's important for your company to address the issue with vendors who advertise through your platform. I've had two instances where I felt discriminated against for purchasing a deal at a lower price through Groupon. Once the vendor realizes that you're using a Groupon, the level of service drops, and it becomes challenging to get assistance. Some vendors even try to upsell you to make up for the difference in what they are losing by partnering with Groupon. This practice is unfair to customers and needs to be rectified.

I requested to convert Groupon voucher LG-KVJG-[redacted]-RV3H-1VL1 into Groupon Bucks due to being unable to use it. The voucher was a gift, but I underwent foot surgery around the time of receipt and cannot utilize it. This is my third attempt to reach out to Groupon regarding this issue. The code for the voucher is [redacted]8. The address provided seems non-functional, adding to the frustration. I need to report my experience with a service provider, Bella Noor. I received a voucher as a gift, but they are refusing to honor the Groupon due to my previous visit almost 2 years ago. The fine print specifies that Groupons are not valid for customers who have used the service within the last 12 months, which doesn't apply to my situation. It seems they are not following their own terms and conditions and are creating additional restrictions to avoid redeeming the Groupons that were bought.

Yesterday, we attempted to purchase a two-day coupon for Universal Studios four times, but our credit card transaction failed. Due to this, we made the booking elsewhere. I bought two tickets on 12/14/19 for the Dolphin game through Groupon at a cost of $[redacted].35. We decided not to attend and sold them back to Groupon. I purchased 7 adult tickets and 2 kids tickets for Medieval Times in Schaumburg. I mistakenly chose Royal tickets for the kids, assuming it meant they would be seated with the adults. However, I was informed that the kids would be seated in a separate Royal area while the adults sit in general admission. I am concerned about the kids sitting alone and would like to change their tickets to general admission. I also wish to receive a refund or credit for the price difference between the $33 kids ticket and the $45 Royal ticket. Kindly contact me to resolve this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I hope you are well. I recently bought a $30 coupon from Groupon for an $85.00 synthetic oil change at Yovany's auto shop. When I visited the shop to redeem my coupon, Yovany informed me that they no longer accept Groupon vouchers, despite the coupon being valid until February 15th, [redacted]. A few years ago, I bought 2 Groupons for Jilly's Cafe that expired in October [redacted]. The restaurant now has a new owner who wouldn't honor the Groupon. I didn't keep track of the Groupon number I used or the one I left at the restaurant. The one I have with me is 4[redacted] for Jilly's Cafe in Evanston, IL. I believe these were purchased with the Groupon account linked to my old email, [redacted], now I use [redacted] Retrieving the $36 from these unused vouchers would be beneficial for my retirement. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello, I purchased a voucher from you and received a reservation confirmation for December 31, [redacted] (Voucher Code: VS-S9NF-M543-V7SL-NHK5). Unfortunately, we were told yesterday at the restaurant that there must be a mistake as the voucher is not valid on New Year's Eve. This information was not indicated on your website. Since the restaurant manager did not accept the voucher yesterday and was unaware of the reservation, we had to leave and find another place to dine at short notice. Additionally, we will not be in Hamburg again in the near future, so the voucher will not be used. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the voucher. Best regards.

I purchased a Groupon voucher in July [redacted] and promptly canceled it. Instead of a cash refund, I received Groupon Bucks, thinking I could use them later. Regrettably, I overlooked the time frame to Trade-In the Groupon Bucks within 24 hours as stated in an email. The Trade-In policy is unclear, and now I suspect my Groupon Bucks may have reverted to a voucher losing refund eligibility. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account to investigate as the forgot password feature claims my account doesn't exist, contrary to a previous activation email I received. I seek clarification on the matter, even if a refund to the card or Groupon Bucks is no longer feasible.

I recently purchased multiple Groupons, being a loyal customer for years. I received a Fitbit Versa Activity tracker as a Christmas gift, making the Groupon one I ordered on 12/3 unnecessary since it arrived late on 12/22. Additionally, I bought gemstone hoop earrings on 11/28, but sadly one earring was broken upon arrival on 12/10. I am seeking a refund for both items. I purchased a relaxation massage and foot detox as Christmas gifts for my daughters for $55. One daughter had the massage appointment on 12/29/[redacted] at 3 pm to help with her back pain. Unfortunately, she had a negative experience. The therapist did not inquire about her health issues or provide a questionnaire, which is concerning. The massage was supposed to be relaxing, not deep tissue, but the therapist applied excessive pressure and caused my daughter significant pain. She now has numb toes and tingling sensations, leading to tendon and nerve damage confirmed by her doctor. The therapist lacked a coherent technique, jumping around during the massage, and the environment was uncomfortable with bright lighting and a dirty towel. I need assistance redeeming the following: Charlotte Observer Purchased January 1, [redacted] One 52-Week Digital Subscription Package I have attempted three times to resolve this issue with Groupon via Live Chat, but it was unsuccessful. The Live Chat tool is slow, clunky, and unstable. Groupon seems to have removed phone contact information from its website, making it challenging to speak to a representative. Now, my only options are to email them, which will take 24 hours for a response, or request a phone call, which will take an hour. It's frustrating that Groupon's customer service seems overwhelmed or lacking. I may have to resort to sharing my experience on social media to see if others have faced similar challenges.
