I purchased an item on Groupon for $55, but unfortunately, it cannot be shipped to my area. I tried to request a refund or Groupon credit, but encountered an issue related to a code restriction. Despite my attempts to reach out via phone and email, I have not been able to get in touch with anyone from customer support, which is concerning. I simply wish to receive a refund of $55 in the form of Groupon bucks.

I tried to purchase a fluffy round dog bed using a $10 off code (SVJ2L4) but couldn't apply it during checkout. Despite thinking I hadn't completed the order, I found that my card was charged. I want to confirm my purchase of the dog bed at $18.99 with the discount. While chatting online, I was directed to contact someone after joining for $1, but as I don't own a mobile phone, I encountered difficulties. I bought a Groupon for the Bacchanal Buffet in Las Vegas but didn't realize it would expire so soon on December 22. I won't be in Vegas until New Year's and planned to use it on January 2nd. Can I get a refund and repurchase it when it's available again? Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I spoke to a Groupon representative around 10 days ago regarding a cleaning service purchase, which was a gift. Unfortunately, I can't find the chat history. The representative assured me that I would receive a credit for the $83.00 I spent. I was also informed that if I used a portion of the credit, I would receive Groupon dollars for the remaining amount. Recently, I purchased some stockings assuming they would be deducted from my credit, but I haven't seen the deduction yet. Could you please investigate this for me? Thank you, Visnja B.

I recently bought 4 Groupons for New Yorker Bagels, but only 1 worked. I had to make the purchases without using the Groupons due to holiday timing and shipping delays. I want to cancel the 3 unused Groupons as I no longer need them. The website was difficult to use, forcing me to create a new account and I still can't complete my purchase using my login. Hello, I recently purchased Odeon vouchers for five cinema tickets, valid until December 17th. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a suitable family film to watch due to restrictions. Today, I visited the Coventry location to watch "Abominable," the only family-friendly film available. However, I was unable to register online and was informed that the discounted viewing did not allow voucher usage. Following the manager's suggestion, I purchased tickets independently. I recently received notice that my Groupon account has been canceled, which has caused me to lose access to purchased gifts and funds. Despite reaching out multiple times via email, I have not received a satisfactory response. Before considering legal action, I am hoping to resolve this issue with Groupon directly. The lack of professionalism and accountability from the company is concerning, and I would appreciate a resolution to this matter promptly.

I bought two tickets for an AMC movie theater showing at 7 p.m. My experience was ruined by disruptive children throwing popcorn, being loud, playing music, and bringing in outside food. We had to leave as we were unable to hear or enjoy the movie. Unfortunately, we missed the customer service cut-off time. I am now seeking a refund as we were unable to enjoy the movie due to the disruptive environment.

I am disappointed with my experience on Groupon. As a longtime customer, it has been challenging to receive assistance with my queries. I purchased a $40 voucher for Veroniques Floral Ltp., spending $20, but I have struggled to redeem it efficiently. The effort I've put in does not equate to the value of this trade. I kindly request a refund of the $20 back to my debit card in place of Groupon credit. I intend to discontinue using Groupon and would appreciate it if my account could be deleted as well. My stay at CoCo Keys in New Jersey was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the room, we encountered several issues such as a malfunctioning lamp, broken coffee machine, and a faulty blow dryer. The next morning, we woke up to find the room flooded, saturating the carpet. Additionally, the heating system was not functional, making the room uncomfortably cold. It took two calls to receive a single blanket after requesting it. The manager mentioned a $70 refund, but since I booked through a third party, I was directed to contact you for the reimbursement.

I would like to request a return for Order #[redacted] as it did not meet my expectations. Additionally, Order #[redacted] was received in the same package, but unfortunately, two items are not functioning correctly. I have attempted for four days at various times to access the "return forms" in order to return these items. However, whenever I click on "Return," an error message appears stating, "Oops! Groupon Goods is temporarily unavailable or overloaded... etc." Today, I urgently need to return these items, but it seems unlikely that I will be able to acquire and print the necessary labels promptly. I recently purchased the Air Hawk Air Compressor advertised as brand new. Upon receiving it, I noticed it had clearly been used before with open packaging and missing accessories. The product was defective with snapped plastics and no threading for other nozzles. Despite trying to cancel my order shortly after, I was charged double the price, totaling almost $60. I found the same product on the Air Hawk website and from other vendors for half the price. I have had multiple defective items from Groupon in the past, spending thousands of dollars. I am seeking a full refund without having to pay for shipping and handling.

I attempted to contact the company numerous times to make a booking, but they never answered the phone. I visited the location specified on the Groupon, at S Alameda St & E Olympic Blvd, but found nothing there. Despite also trying to email them and engage in a chat, they just placed me on a waitlist without further communication. When they finally offered a slot for 14th of December at 4:30 pm, they failed to respond when I inquired about an earlier time. Due to the difficulty in reaching the company, I request a refund for the Groupon voucher. It was frustrating to spend money on two Uber rides (totaling $30) and time wasted due to inaccurate information provided with the purchase. I look forward to your prompt response.

In June, I bought a Groupon and attempted multiple times to schedule an appointment without success. I didn't receive any calls back. In August or September, when I finally reached someone, they informed me that the person my Groupon was for had left back in July. Feeling unsure about what to do, I let it go for a bit. Now, I'm interested in buying more Groupons but believe the money I spent on the unused one should be transferable to new purchases. Can someone advise me on whether this is feasible, and if so, how can I proceed with it?

My mother got me a laser hair removal voucher from Prolaser. The fine print said you must not have used their services for 12 months to redeem the GroupOn. Despite my mother checking with them, I was informed on arrival that I had only waited 8 months. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted] for the GroupOn.

I've been trying to process a return for Groupon goods for the past four days, but the option to print the return sheet is not working. This is causing me to be unable to return my items on time due to the absence of a return label. I even attempted to print it from another computer, but encountered the same error message. I made my Cyber Monday purchases recently. Unfortunately, one of the items I received is incorrect. I require a replacement promptly as it is meant to be a Christmas gift for my husband. I purchased a Groupon from JCPenney last year around this time and attempted to redeem it recently, only to encounter issues with the code not working. I bought a voucher yesterday and scheduled an appointment. However, upon receiving the service, I was unexpectedly informed that the voucher isn't valid on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, and I was required to pay in cash. This policy was not mentioned on your website or the spa's page. Even during the phone reservation and check-in process, I was not informed about this restriction. The spa is located 60 miles away from me, and my work hours are from 8-5, Monday to Friday, making it impossible for me to utilize the voucher. Considering the lack of clarity regarding the voucher terms, I am requesting a refund.
