My mother purchased a voucher for laser hair removal as a gift for me. There was fine print that stated you had to have not received services at Prolaser for ** months in order to use the GroupOn. My mom phoned the company and stated she wasn’t sure how long it had been since I went the receptionist said it was fine. When I went to redeem the voucher they would not except because it had only been * months since I received services at Prolaser. I need a refund for the $*** GroupOn.
GetHuman-renatacg did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
