Order #[redacted] was not received. I should have contacted them sooner, but I forgot about the item. The website shows that I received it, which is incorrect. I usually trust Groupon to handle my orders properly, but this time seems different. I hope they resolve this issue promptly. I would like to either receive the item I paid for or get a refund. ***update 12/9*** Unfortunately, it appears that there is no resolution in sight. I am disappointed with the situation and will refrain from purchasing physical items from them in the future. While I acknowledge I should have ensured the delivery, I believe customers should receive what they pay for without any extra effort.

Today, I received an email from you about some unusual activity in my Groupon account. To secure my account, you have deleted my billing details and my old password. I tried to log in to update my password at www.groupon.com, but it's not accepting my email address.

Hello, I purchased two tickets for Big Banana that are set to expire on the 24th of December. Due to the current bushfire situation, we are unable to go this Friday as planned. Big Banana stated they cannot extend the expiration date and advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. Could you assist me in arranging the refund? I recently received an email regarding my Groupon purchase for a Double Room for Two with Breakfast and Two-Course Dinner. The hotel has informed me that they will be closed from the 23rd of December at Midday until the 27th of December at Midday, and they are unable to accommodate my reservation for the night of the 23rd. They have offered me the choice of receiving a full refund or rescheduling my reservation to a later date, depending on availability. If I opt for a different date, I need to contact the hotel directly to make the necessary arrangements.

I encountered difficulties while ordering Disney on Ice tickets. I intended to purchase only one set of 4 tickets, but the cart showed that I bought 6 sets instead. Additionally, I was unable to utilize a Groupon gift card and my credit card together during the purchase. I am unsure about the payment status and how to proceed. Can I pay at the box office? I reserved a room at Bayshore Resort in Traverse City, MI. I stayed there last night and encountered an issue this morning. The hotel mentioned they had no details from Groupon. Upon reviewing my reservation, I realized it indicated I had booked at Points North Beachfront Hotel instead of Bayshore Resort. I am puzzled about this switch and need assistance in securing a refund from Groupon as I did not stay at Points North Beachfront Hotel. How can I proceed to resolve this issue promptly?

I am unable to use the $45.00 refund as no vendors are willing to come to my area for house cleaning or vent cleaning services. The vendors listed are not willing to travel more than 20 miles from their location. Thus, I am requesting a monetary refund for the $45.00. I have been trying to resolve this problem since September. If this issue is not addressed, I will reach out to Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. Thank you. - Laura Hallam

She used my credit card, and she is currently in a mental hospital due to schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. The purchase was made under her email [redacted] and the address is [redacted] Forest Ridge Drive, Fernandina Beach, FL, under the name Heather Cain. Please contact me regarding a refund on [redacted]. The payment was made using my Carnival Mastercard. As a widow, I am unable to afford this charge.

I am having trouble accessing my account after it was hacked. When I attempt to reset my password, I receive a message saying that no account exists. Registering a new account is also not working, and I am unable to log in using Facebook on your website. Unfortunately, I cannot reach a live person for assistance or use the chat function without being logged in. How can I request a callback at [redacted] or create a new account? On December 3rd, [redacted], I placed an order for Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue EDT Spray for men in the 4.2 fl. oz. size. The order number is #1[redacted]54-[redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not yet received the order or a shipping confirmation email with my tracking number. I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly by shipping out my order so that it arrives at my address by December 19th. I am also looking for a shipping confirmation email to be sent once it's on its way. There seems to be confusion as the order confirmation email assured, “No need to do anything else!” Additionally, I anticipate a prompt response from customer service today to address this matter. I am disappointed by the delay as the package is crucial for a Christmas gift, and I had allowed enough time for it to arrive. The current situation may jeopardize its timely delivery due to mistakes or inefficient handling.

I recently created a Groupon account and purchased two deals for monogrammed hangers. However, I discovered that I needed to pay for the hangers on the website, even with the voucher. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. As a customer, it's important to be able to easily reach out for help when issues occur. This is the third time I am trying to resolve my problem following the instructions provided, but I cannot locate where to request a phone call. I urgently need assistance to either resolve the issue or receive a refund. I am trying to send a gift that may not arrive on time. My frustration levels are high, and I am feeling very upset.

I have been trying to contact someone by phone without success to request a cancellation of my order. I need to purchase an alternative gift that I can physically give to the recipient. The details provided by your customer service representative were incorrect, resulting in me paying for an item that is now unusable as I am unable to deliver it to another state. Additionally, I am unable to print the necessary information as promised by the last representative I spoke with.

I made the mistake of ordering the same item twice. I tried reaching out before it was shipped, but unfortunately, it was too late. Now I have received two Fitbit watches ($[redacted]) with different tracking numbers, both of which are incorrect on the FedEx website. After finally getting through on chat, I was instructed to wait until the items are delivered, which will be after 12 days. I also tried emailing them and was informed I would be contacted within 24 hours. However, it has been four days now, and I am still awaiting a response.

I previously sent an email that was rejected due to a "policy issue." I am seeking a refund for WHO concert vouchers. Your messages regarding the date change stress the importance of prompt contact, but there is no mention of a deadline or timeframe. I could not locate an order number, only a note stating the voucher had expired. I was unaware of this because I did not receive notification of the concert postponement. I would like to request help without being directed to a paid technical support site. I spoke with someone earlier and after explaining my issue, I was redirected to a site that required payment. In [redacted], I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal at Bethany Medi Spa within the Bethany Medical Center for my daughter. She never used the Groupon, and now I am looking to receive a credit since a refund might not be possible.
