I purchased a Ladies' Long Winter Feather Collar Down Parkas XL in Pink from Evorai through Groupon. Unfortunately, the coat is too small to wear. Upon contacting Evorai, I was informed that due to it being a final sale item, returns or exchanges are not supported. The size of the coat is not as advertised, and although the product is said to be made in the USA, most labels are in Chinese, with only one stating "Made in China." I find the coat to be warm and of good quality, so I am willing to exchange it for a larger size or receive a refund. However, I believe that the final sale policy should not apply when the product does not match the advertised description.

I purchased laser hair removal from Ageless and Beautiful Med Spa. When I arrived at the salon for the service, I handed my phone to the receptionist to redeem the order. However, after returning home, I received an email from Groupon thanking me for my order and charging me $89! It seems like there was a mistake when the receptionist used my phone. I contacted the spa, but they directed me to Groupon customer service. I also reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge, but refunds take time. I am frustrated that I have been charged for something I did not order. What steps should I take next to resolve this issue?

Dear community, I am facing a significant issue with a recent purchase. On 11/24, I bought a Groupon from Washty, but my attempts to reach them were unsuccessful until today. They refused to honor my Groupon, and I had to pay an extra $12 to get the service directly from them. I am baffled as to why I couldn't use my Groupon as intended. I am seeking a refund for Order #:[redacted]. The customer service link on my Groupon page is not functioning, so I am reaching out here for assistance. I recently purchased a voucher for a three-night stay at a one-bedroom apartment at the Gold Coast from Island Beach at Broadbeach. The voucher can be used until December 20, [redacted], with Voucher Code: VS-3K6W-NNLJ-61C2-KGVV. After contacting the resort and sending my voucher via email, they claimed it was unclear and refused to honor it unless I paid an extra $60. This is confusing and upsetting, as I have used Groupon vouchers for my Gold Coast stays in the past. I need to stay at the Gold Coast next weekend and am considering checking other Groupon deals. I'm now uncertain about the integrity of Island Beach and would like to explore the possibility of a refund or exchange.

I bought tickets for the Disney Holiday Show in Rosemont, IL. Despite leaving early to account for holiday traffic, I arrived 20 minutes late due to traffic light issues near the venue. There was no parking available, and people were using the outlet next door. I missed the event through no fault of my own and seek a refund or a Groupon credit, as the ticket fine print did not mention a "no refund" policy before or after my purchase. I have attempted to schedule a shanti massage multiple times, encountering issues on both ends. Today, my 1pm appointment was canceled once again by LeeAnn. Upon reaching out to reschedule, the owner's response was extremely rude. She insinuated that rescheduling was a favor and that I was wasting her time. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she suggested contacting Groupon. Due to this disrespectful treatment, I am requesting a refund. This unpleasant experience has led me to never consider returning for a massage or recommending this establishment. I plan to leave a negative review as I have never felt so disrespected when paying for a service.

I recently ordered a cocktail dress and two team logo shirts. When checking my profile, I saw that the cocktail dress was marked as delivered but to an old address. Despite trying to update it when adding a new payment method, the address wasn't changed. Now, my items are headed to the wrong location. I need to halt any future deliveries, get a refund or retrieve the delivered one. Also, I attempted to edit my shipping details on the website, but it seems impossible to do so.

I am seeking a refund to my credit card for the purchase of 6 tickets to the Southern Skating Rink in Dallas, Texas today. Upon arrival, I encountered difficulties accessing the skating rink due to my voucher not appearing on my phone or Groupon account. Despite waiting until after the skating session ending at 5 p.m., the voucher did not show up until I returned home around 7 p.m. As a visitor on vacation in Dallas, Texas, and with no plans to return in the near future, I am requesting a refund of $21 since I am unable to utilize the vouchers. I purchased 6 tickets for $21 for Southern Roller Skate Rink, but unfortunately, I never received my voucher to enter the rink. Despite waiting at the rink to see if the voucher would arrive via email or my Groupon account, it did not come through until after the rink had closed. Since I am not from Dallas, Texas and I am currently on vacation here, I am unable to use the voucher on a later date. Therefore, I kindly request a refund of $21 to be issued back to my credit card due to Groupon's mistake in not sending the voucher on time for me to attend Southern Roller Skating Rink in Dallas, Texas. I bought a voucher for Proflowers that expires tomorrow. When I tried using the code online, it didn't work. Proflowers suggested ordering over the phone, but after being transferred, the call got disconnected. When I called back, there was no answer. I'm frustrated as I can't place the order and my voucher is expiring soon.

I placed an order for merchandise totaling over $[redacted], but it has not arrived yet. The tracking information shows that the order is "out for delivery," but each item in my order seems to be headed to different addresses in various cities, none of which are mine. I am frustrated and impatient with the lack of response regarding this issue. If not resolved promptly, I will have to escalate this matter to the local District Attorney's office, newspapers, and social media platforms. Hello, I purchased 2 travel safe backpacks through Groupon. I am very disappointed with the product as one of them is missing a strap. I am hoping to return the backpacks and receive a refund for the defective product and for not receiving what I ordered. Earlier today, I spoke with a representative about this matter, and they assured me they would assist me promptly once I sent them photos via email. However, I have not received a response yet. This is urgent as I will be traveling abroad soon.

I came across the Starship Sydney Boxing Day cruise while researching activities for my visiting family. I wanted to buy multiple tickets, but the system initially only allowed for one ticket per person. To test if I could purchase more for my family, I entered 7 tickets, which surprisingly went through without further confirmation. I unintentionally bought the tickets because my credit card details were saved from a previous Groupon purchase. I was shocked when I saw the purchase complete and an email confirmation sent without entering my details. I'm now in the process of cancelling this transaction with my bank as I had not yet decided on purchasing the tickets and needed to discuss it with my family first.

I encountered an issue with my order. Initially, it showed as expired, but after attempting to purchase, the process took a long time, leading me to believe it didn't go through. Consequently, I re-ordered several rings from the initial purchase. Strangely, a page appeared indicating I became a Groupon group member, which was unintended. My account was charged multiple times without my consent. I had bought winter gloves, five pairs for women, a sterling silver bracelet with an "a" and a heart pendant, as well as a few rings that I can't recall exactly. I am currently locked out of my Groupon account and have not violated any terms. I have been trying to sign in as a member, but the system claims I am not a member. When I attempt to sign in as a guest, it states that my email is invalid. However, I have been using this email with Groupon for many years. Some time ago, I was locked out, and when I tried to reset my password, it was deemed invalid. Hello, I bought a Groupon deal for a Full Day Wine Tour for Four from Niagara Fun Tours. The tour was set for Sunday, December 1, [redacted]. I purchased two different Groupons for haircuts, but I have been unsuccessful in reaching either salon for over a month. Despite viewing the vouchers, I cannot exchange them as the salons do not respond to calls or emails. The vouchers are set to expire in February and March, so I urgently need assistance with exchanging them. It appears both salons may be non-operational, and I am unsure how to resolve this issue given that I have already made the purchase.

I purchased a Groupon for an escape room experience for six people to celebrate my cousin's birthday today. Unfortunately, I discovered that the Groupon is only valid on weekdays, and my cousin will be leaving Texas tomorrow, making it impossible for us to use it on another day. After contacting the escape room, they reassured me that returning the Groupon should not be an issue and suggested I reach out to Groupon for a refund. I signed up for a Sam's Club membership and was mistakenly charged for two memberships. After realizing one was canceled by Groupon, I contacted both Groupon and Sam's Club without a satisfactory resolution. Sam's Club states they have reactivated my account for a $45 fee, leaving me out $60 with no membership. This experience has left me extremely frustrated. I request a refund or I will no longer use Groupon and will not recommend it, in addition to contacting the BBB.
