I have two expired Groupons for a place that has closed down. I recently found out about the closure when I went to use one of the coupons. After contacting the establishment and learning they are closed, I would like help using the credit towards a different Groupon purchase, since the original one is no longer an option.

Hello Customer Support, I recently attempted to purchase two tickets from Groupon, one for myself and one for my husband. The first transaction went through smoothly. However, the second one failed due to an unsuccessful payment. I could not find an option on the website to cancel the failed transaction, so my husband made the purchase successfully from his account. Unexpectedly, after some time, I received an email confirming that the second transaction on my account had gone through, resulting in three vouchers being generated. Dear Customer Support, Today, I attempted to purchase two tickets from Groupon, one for myself and one for my husband. After buying the first ticket successfully, the second transaction failed due to a payment issue. Despite checking my Groupon multiple times, the payment was unsuccessful. As per the information on your website, if a payment is in a "Processing" state and you are worried about duplicates, Groupon can cancel and issue a refund for any extras. However, there is no option on the website to cancel a failed transaction before trying a different payment method. To resolve this, my husband purchased a ticket successfully using his account. Surprisingly, after an hour, I received an email confirming the second transaction on my account had gone through, resulting in three vouchers. I kindly request Groupon to reimburse this duplicate purchase. Thank you for your assistance.

While visiting Tampa, Florida, on November 21, [redacted], my partner and I, Canadians, purchased two Groupons for the Dali Museum in St. Petersburg. They were $19 each, totaling $38. I received a confirmation email from Groupon and saw the charge on my Visa account the same day. Unfortunately, due to illness, we couldn't use the Groupons and had to return to Canada two days later. I need to request a refund from Groupon, but I am having trouble reaching them to explain my situation, ask for a refund, and determine which Groupon account was charged for the fee.

Hello, I have encountered difficulty in redeeming my Groupon voucher with a carpet cleaning company. After a few initial text messages, all communication abruptly stopped, and I have been unable to secure an appointment or a refund. The situation is urgent as I am currently without transportation. Could you please look into this matter and either resolve it or escalate it to the appropriate department for assistance? Moreover, I kindly request a refund for all my outstanding Groupons. As a disabled senior, not having access to a vehicle has greatly impacted me. Due to limited public transportation in my area, reaching Groupon locations is quite challenging and time-consuming. I recently received an unexpected purchase confirmation email from Groupon for items I did not intend to buy. I took immediate action, logging in to my account and canceling the order (#1[redacted]92-[redacted]) totaling $44.48. Although my account shows the items as refunded, the amount has not been returned to my account yet. I would appreciate an update on when I can expect the refund. Due to recent chaotic events in my life, I missed out on a Wundabar special in Soho. Additionally, my experience with a purchase at Helene's Pilates in Brooklyn was disappointing. I had paid for a 5-time session and was excited to attend. However, when I arrived for a private session, I was surprised to find out about different pricing options and that Helene would not be my instructor. I requested a receipt, which was not provided, causing confusion and frustration. Feeling misled and unsatisfied, I had planned to use my Groupon but am now unable to do so. The lack of organization and professionalism, coupled with language barriers, added to my dissatisfaction. I am also unable to leave a review, despite having paid for the service. Thank you for reaching out. I am currently relying on social security, so every bit of money matters to me. Unfortunately, my grandson used my credit card to buy a Groupon deal without disclosing the full price, leaving me unable to reject the offer. When our car broke down in California, Flamingo hotel staff refused to make any changes or provide assistance. Despite reaching out to Groupon, I was directed back to Flamingo for help, creating confusion and frustration. As a result, we ended up in Las Vegas a day late, forced to use my daughter's Wyndham points for 2 nights and paying an extra $90. The Groupon went unused, and Flamingo suggested Groupon should refund at least half of the cost, totaling $[redacted].23. Despite contacting both companies multiple times, I have received no resolution. It feels like I've been taken advantage of. Yesterday, I received a very heavy package containing 5 smaller boxes inside. Unfortunately, the contents are not what I ordered as I only need swivel mounting brackets for my two 22" TVs and one 30/31" TV. I am unable to lift the box due to torn rotator cuffs and would like it to be picked up from my porch. I expect to be reimbursed for the incorrect item charged to my account. I had some confusion when trying to report this issue earlier and do not require technical assistance with my working TVs. My main request is for the incorrect box to be returned, credited back to my account, and possibly to receive the correct swivel brackets for my TVs. Due to my caregiving responsibilities, I am unable to dedicate time and energy to resolving this error. I have encountered similar problems before and am considering closing my account with the company. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I have decided to stop using Groupon. I bought "Dental Day" with order number [redacted], but couldn’t schedule an appointment for a month. I also want a refund for "Yaya’s Hands" with order number [redacted] because they only accepted Groupon bookings Monday through Thursday, contrary to the advertisement. Previous experiences with Groupon, like carpet and upholstery cleaning services, ended in situations where additional payments were requested onsite. Dealing with unreachable businesses, false advertising, and high-pressure sales tactics has been frustrating when there’s no customer support available. I no longer wish to deal with these issues and would like refunds for both purchases.

I had a scheduled eyelash lift and tint appointment at Beauty and Ink studios months ago, but there were issues with the lady being rude and not setting my appointment. Despite rescheduling before my Groupon expired, I was labeled late even though I arrived at the time agreed upon over text. Attempting to communicate my lateness, my calls went unanswered, and upon arriving slightly late for the rescheduled appointment, I was met with hostility at the door. I felt unfairly treated, suspecting a racial bias due to her behavior towards me as a black customer. Feeling uncomfortable and unwanted, I am seeking a refund as I do not wish to return to that establishment or have her provide services for me.

During the tour day, we followed the instructions to meet the driver at Bally’s Hotel in Las Vegas at 8:20 am. Upon arrival, we encountered a Hoover dam bus tour driver who mistakenly thought we were part of their tour. Although we were already on the bus, Grand Canyon tours contacted us at 8:39 am to inquire about our location, realizing the mix-up. We had already reached the Golden Nugget Hotel when we realized the error. The Grand Canyon tours representative insisted we return to Bally’s Hotel, but the distance made it impractical, potentially delaying others. The lack of cooperation from the Grand Canyon tours staff was disappointing; they refused any alternative solutions. The wrong bus driver even offered to take us to meet our intended driver at Hoover dam, but Grand Canyon tours declined rudely. Considering the circumstances, a refund or a credit of $90 from Grand Canyon tours for the missed tour seems appropriate.

I have been trying to purchase the Wagon Wheel nursery deal for a Christmas tree since Monday morning, 11/24. My mobile app order did not go through, so I added the deal to my wishlist. On 11/25 at 8:34 am EST, I received an email stating the deal would end in 1 day. However, at 8:40 am, just six minutes later, the Groupon showed the deal was no longer available. Then, on 11/27 at 4:27 am, I received an email with an extra discount code "SALE3" offering a 25% discount on the Christmas tree deal I had viewed. By 4:30 am, only 3 minutes after receiving the email, I tried to place my order on the mobile app, but it said the Wagon Wheel deal was sold out. I am frustrated and would like Groupon to honor the deal for me at $49 minus 25%, which equals $36.75. I responded promptly to Groupon's emails but was unable to purchase the deal. I hope to hear from you soon to resolve this issue.

I recently purchased a Groupon for the Razica de Faliza Day Spa. Their website indicated operating hours from 9 AM to 9 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. When I tried to schedule an appointment within these hours, I was told that they actually close at 5 PM and would not accommodate me. The staff member was unhelpful, unsympathetic, and insisted they did not have to follow the hours listed on their website. Since I work late and can't make it by 5 PM, I feel unable to use the Groupon as intended. I believe a refund is necessary in this situation to be fair.

I received a defective order that was needed this week. I can provide a picture of the defective product, which is not worth returning. The coat rack arrived with the bottom main portion that the legs screw into split right down the middle, visibly split on both sides. Additionally, several wooden pieces were wrapped in paper before the paint was dry, leaving paper stuck to the wood and paint marred in multiple areas. I am hoping to receive a replacement for this severely defective product. If this is not possible, I would like information on how to process a refund. The item cannot be repackaged or repaired for resale due to its condition, as it was disappointing to discover the splitting issue that should have been noticed prior to shipping.

I placed an order with reference number [redacted]12, but the website indicated that the order couldn't be processed due to an error in one of the fields. I believed it was due to my change of address since my last purchase, so I updated my information and resubmitted the order (same items) with my new address. The second order with reference number [redacted]06 went through successfully. However, both orders are pending on my credit card. I would like the initial order to be canceled as it was not my error but due to the website issue. I can cancel it through my credit card, but I would prefer if Groupon could handle the cancellation. I recently discovered two unauthorized Groupon purchases on my account, identified as Groupon Number*VS-**Y*-C*GY-VZGK-MSZ* and Groupon Number*VS-**Y*-C*GY-VZGK-MSZ*. I am concerned about the lack of verification during these transactions and request an immediate refund. Due to security reasons, I prefer the refund not be issued to the card originally charged. I am perplexed as to how my credit card information was used without consent. I plan to escalate this matter with BBB and local authorities. It seems likely that the desk clerk at a business I frequent may be involved in this fraudulent activity.

Back in November 17, [redacted], I purchased a Groupon for Philadelphia Eye Glass Lab before it expired. I was informed I could exchange it, so I bought a couple of beaded gemstone bracelets, some moisturizer with hyaluronic acid. The delivery was expected around December 2, [redacted], but this week I checked the status and it says refunded. I would like my $46.00 Groupon bucks back on my account for the upcoming "Black Friday" sale. I've emailed and waited for phone calls regarding this issue but received no response. It should be simple to update my account with the refunded amount instead of the 2.43 cents that have been there for months. I need assistance with this matter, or I will have to escalate it. I purchased swivel wall mounts for two 22-inch and one 30/31-inch TVs two weeks ago. A very heavy box arrived recently, containing five smaller boxes, which seem to be the wrong sizes. I have only two 22-inch TVs and one 30/31-inch TV that I need wall mounting brackets for. The box needs to be picked up from my porch as it is too heavy due to my torn rotator cuffs, and I expect a refund for the incorrect items. I just need the box collected and the amount charged reimbursed to my account. I also require three swivel brackets for my TVs as ordered.
