I contacted your customer service on 11 September regarding a refund for my defective Fitbit Versa watch. I was instructed to return the watch for a full refund within 14 days. However, I have not yet received any communication or refund from your end. The watch was sent to Groupon Returns c/o BLECKMANN at Howard Tenens Europa Industrial Estate in Swindon with the barcode number MU[redacted]50GB, as indicated on the return label emailed to me. I have photographic evidence of this. I have also obtained proof of postage from Royal Mail, dispatched on 12 September. Could you please provide an update on when I can expect to receive the promised refund? - G. S.

I received the wrong item, which was four 14-hour lipsticks that I requested to cancel through customer services. I have been waiting for three weeks. Another order was delivered, but it was not meant for me; despite sending a photo, the item was not found in my bin, which has since been emptied. The item I initially wanted to cancel, a pack of three bra clasps, still seems to be on its way. I am confused about what is happening. I would like all items canceled, a refund for all postage costs, and I will close my account once this is resolved.

Hello, I placed an order with number 1[redacted]03-[redacted] recently. During checkout, it mentioned that by signing up for Groupon+, I could get my order for around $45 due to a 50% discount from Groupon Select. Therefore, I subscribed for 6 months to avail of this offer. However, in the email statement, I noticed that I was actually charged $66.75 and received only a 25% discount instead of the promised 50%. I am disappointed by this misleading information and the discrepancy in the discount applied. I would like to cancel my subscription as I am concerned that it may not honor the advertised pricing.

I was interested in purchasing a Groupon deal for Stone Lounge in Bellevue, Washington, which has three options available. The first is for a group of up to six people for two hours priced at $16. The second option is for a group of up to 15 people for $40. Lastly, there is an option for a group of up to 30 people for what seems to be $80. I mistakenly selected the $40 option instead of the $16 one, even after attempting to correct it. A $24 difference is substantial for me, and I would appreciate it being resolved by tomorrow as I need it for a birthday party.

I purchased a Groupon for a 4-wheel alignment for my car, but the technician at the shop mentioned that my car's condition is too poor for the alignment. They advised me to request a refund from Groupon. I visited NTB Big O Tires yesterday, one day before the expiration date. The voucher number is #[redacted]4 and the cost was $37. I purchased a refurbished Roomba [redacted] vacuum on July 4th, [redacted], with Order # [redacted]. I received the unit on July 9th, [redacted]. After only 5 weeks of limited use (2 times per week), the unit stopped working. The charging unit displayed an ERR7 error, and despite troubleshooting per the manual, it will not charge or function at all. I have a 90-day warranty and an added 3-year extended warranty (#[redacted]7). I reached out to Groupon via chat but was directed to emails leading to unhelpful information on warranty companies. I am at a loss and need assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

I placed an order for shoes and a wallet, and the shipping address is 15 Starboard Circle, Akron, Ohio [redacted]. I received an email stating that I am being refunded for two items, but there is also a portable urinal listed in the order that I did not purchase. I used to live at [redacted] Highland Drive, Grand Junction, CO, but now reside at 15 Starboard Circle. I have made several orders within the past year, all successfully delivered to 15 Starboard Circle. I am seeking assistance as the ACH house cleaner I hired through Groupon is refusing to redeem the voucher. The purchase was made under my name, Karen Lee, with the Groupon number LG6 BVF GP6C 2JKY JZ 2N for a 2-hour cleaning session at $69.95. The Groupon is set to expire on Jan 20, [redacted]. When contacting the vendor on 10/4/19, their email link led to an insecure website, posing a risk to personal information. Additionally, upon calling, I was informed that they no longer have a contract with Groupon and will not honor the service. I recently tried to use a Groupon at a tinting place, and they wanted to charge me an additional $[redacted] plus tax on top of the Groupon price, which would have made it around $[redacted] total. The original package without the Groupon was only $[redacted]. It didn't make sense to use the Groupon with the extra charge, so I just paid the full price of $[redacted] without using the Groupon to get my car windows tinted. I am now seeking a refund as this experience was very disappointing. I have the receipt as proof that I paid the full amount and did not use the Groupon for the service.

I bought a ticket for Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando, but it turned out to be for Universal Studios Hollywood. I thought I was purchasing it for Orlando, not realizing the difference. I had to buy a new pass costing $86 on top of my $76 Groupon. Unfortunately, I couldn't redeem my Groupon as advised and was told to contact Groupon for a solution. I ended up having to buy two tickets for the event and now seek a refund for the unused Groupon.

I made a reservation for a condo through your services, but upon arrival, there was no record of my booking. I contacted customer support, and they could not find my reservation in the system despite me having a confirmation email and being charged. I traveled with my children and had to find another hotel last minute, causing inconvenience and added stress. I expect a full refund for the trouble and money I have lost due to this issue.

I purchased a deal for Odeon Cinema tickets where I got 5 tickets for 2 euros. I bought 2 of these deals and also two of the 2-ticket deals. The vouchers are valid until the 10th of October, but today is the 5th and they are not working. I tried to input the codes and it says that 2 codes are valid for 2 tickets each, but the other 12 tickets are showing as invalid. I have 4 children at home eagerly waiting to go to the cinema today. They are in tears as we can't go due to these ticket issues. The weekend has been ruined for them. I would like a full refund of the 50 euros that I paid for the tickets. Groupon credit is acceptable; I just can't comprehend why this has happened. Thank you.

Yesterday, during a live chat with a Groupon representative, I experienced an issue where my email was not recognized for logging in. The representative confirmed my email was correct, reviewed my purchased Groupons, and identified the one I wanted to access. After attempting to reset my password following their instructions, I encountered an "Oops" message preventing me from proceeding. When I tried to return to Customer Service for further assistance, I faced another "Oops" message and now feel locked out. Urgently, I require access to the Optiks Int'l. Groupon today for my husband's new glasses. The situation is frustrating as it appeared resolved yesterday, but the problem persists.

I previously brought up the problem I'm having with Groupon not recognizing my email. Despite receiving their daily deals on this email address, there seems to be an issue with their system. I've reached out to them about this via Live Chat, but encounters an error message each time. I believe Groupon should proactively reset my password either through email or phone, as they already possess the necessary information on my account.

I recently purchased a voucher for a hair appointment on Wednesday the 2nd. When I called to schedule, the earliest appointment available was for Saturday the 5th. Today, I went in for my appointment, had a consultation, and the hairdressers explained they couldn't do what I wanted. They mentioned that Groupon would issue a refund without any issues. Now, I'm attempting to get a refund for the voucher from Hernan Prada Salon, but the customer service hotline was unhelpful. I purchased a Groupon for a Bollywood fashion show happening in August. The event was scheduled for yesterday, 10/4/19 at 7pm. However, upon arrival at the venue, it turned out that a different event was taking place. There was no communication about the cancellation or relocation of the fashion show. I am requesting a refund as this experience was quite embarrassing. We had dressed up and prepared for a fun evening, only to find a vigil for a fallen deputy happening instead. It was disappointing and misleading. The event sponsor's website also had no information about the cancellation. I am eager to receive a refund for myself and my friend who joined me.

I purchased the Sculpt Pod on 9/26 and attempted to contact the provided number three times on that day, but it just rang and then disconnected. I couldn't leave a message. Finally, on 9/30, the person called me back (I assume she got my number from the caller ID), and left a message about scheduling. When I went to the office on Oct 1, no one was there. On Oct. 2, I texted her because I couldn't leave a voicemail, asking for her to contact me, as I had some questions. She texted me back on Oct. 4 about setting a date and time. I replied that I needed to speak with her before scheduling due to having metal in my hip and wanting to ensure it would be safe. As of Oct. 5, I have not heard back from her despite my attempts to call. I have contacted PayPal about a dispute as I do not wish to continue trying to reach this person. The lack of response concerns me. I find it stressful and unsatisfactory to work with a company that does not return calls promptly, especially when dealing with new customers.

I have a Groupon for a restaurant that expires today. I made a reservation yesterday. They took my phone number. Today, I found the restaurant closed with no notice. They are closed until October 15th. I traveled over 100km to eat there. I'm looking for a refund since they are not honoring the Groupon.

I purchased a Groupon from Nefertiti Salon, but my coupon didn't process after I paid. I successfully requested a refund through Groupon's website. Believing the issue was resolved, I repurchased the Groupon with the coupon.
