Hi, I reserved a Groupon for Congress plaza hotel in Chicago last night for checking in on Sept **th and checking out on Sept **th. The order number is ***********. I used my PayPal account to pay for this. For some reason, there were * or * of these same exact reservations listed in "my groupons" this morning when I checked to make sure everything was ok with my reservation. They all had * separate credit cards that they were assigned to which is obviously not my desired outcome. I emailed support to inform them of this and they replied that I "was all set." But when I checked again to make sure there was only the one reservation with order number ***********, this was not the case. But instead there were * of these same reservations listed this morning after i emailed support, rather than the * or * that were listed prior to me emailing support. My desire is to have a single reservation for * adult checking in on Sept **th, **** and checking out on Sept **th, ****. Please assist me with this and call me at *** *** **** on the telephone so we can straighten this out once and for all. Ive spent many many hours dealing with trying to get this reservation straightened out through email communication but it has yet to be resolved, so please remedy the problem once and for all and inform via the phone number i provided or by emailing me at *****@***.com. Thank you for your time. Please reply at your earliest convenience so I can have some peace of mind
