On June 25, [redacted], my friend and I were on the Naples Sunset Cruise that departed at 7:15 pm in Naples, FL. Unfortunately, the weather quickly turned stormy with rain, strong winds, lightning, and thunder. The cruise had to be cut short and return to shore. An announcement was made over the loudspeaker to contact the office for a complimentary cruise or a refund. As we were leaving the next day and had purchased the cruise through Groupon, I am reaching out to secure the refund. The cost of the cruise was $52, and I would appreciate having this amount refunded to my credit card. If that is not feasible, a $52 credit for a different purchase would also suffice. Thank you for your assistance. My name is Phyllis Finkelstein and you can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. The Groupon number is LG-SYZ1-K96F-3ZS7-S2Z4.

I recently purchased a Groupon for unlimited express car washes for one month at Melges Car Wash in Waukesha, WI. The Groupon did not specify that it was for one car only. When I inquired about bringing my other two cars, I was initially told it was possible. However, upon trying to redeem it for my second car, I was informed it was for one car only. This contradicts the information provided on the Groupon. I request Groupon and Melges to address this discrepancy by either refunding my purchase or allowing me to use the service for all three cars as originally intended.

I purchased tickets for Fun Fore All and Fun Slides Skate Park through Groupon for gifts. Unfortunately, when I tried to view the vouchers, there was no option to print them. This is concerning because I need physical vouchers for the recipients to use. This experience is disappointing, as it is only my second time using Groupon. During the purchase, I encountered issues with the quantity of tickets I wanted and ended up being charged for more than I intended. I tried to resolve this through online chat, but the operators seemed unaware of my concerns and I got disconnected twice. It's frustrating that there's no option for phone support to address these problems. I hope someone can assist me with these issues.

I spoke to a customer service representative named Kat (unsure about her full name) and purchased 2 tickets for the alpine roller coaster in Sevierville today for $39 with a $5 discount. I made an error in the amount on my card causing the order not to go through as I am short $1. I was informed that I can't split the payment between two cards. I need this ticket urgently. Is there a way to charge $38 on the card and use my $5 Groupon credit to cover the remaining dollar? Alternatively, I can provide another card to cover the difference. The promotion expires in 2 hours, and we plan to visit tomorrow. Your assistance in using the Groupon credit or accepting payment from two cards would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been receiving numerous unwanted Groupon emails daily, though I only occasionally browse items for ideas, availability, and prices. After canceling all subscriptions to stop these emails, I am now receiving Groupon emails from Wichita, Kansas, despite living in Ventura, California. I have never subscribed to Groupon from anywhere near Wichita, Kansas. My name is Deborah Templeton, and I have two email addresses: [redacted] and [redacted] I would like Groupon to provide me with a link to this fraudulent account or any other accounts associated with my name so I can cancel all subscriptions. This situation is unacceptable; it feels like harassment. I need Groupon to address this issue promptly so I can manage my email and subscriptions more effectively. Thank you, Deborah Templeton.

I had an expired Groupon and was given 24 hours to use the credit for its value. I placed an order for an item priced lower than the credit. Within the 24-hour window, I made another purchase slightly exceeding the remaining credit. Although I thought the order went through, when checking "my stuff," the last item was missing. I received an email requesting an update for my credit card to process order #1[redacted]36-[redacted]. I am unsure if the remaining credit will be applied after updating my card, as it seems I might have to pay the full amount. I'm also puzzled by the request to update my card since my recent purchases were made with the same card without issues.

Beth H. [redacted] S. Dover St. Littleton, CO [redacted] [redacted] Purchase #1[redacted]20-[redacted] Purchase Date: July 28, [redacted] I purchased 4 adult tickets for Treehouse Adventure Park through Groupon but encountered difficulty obtaining 3 children's tickets through the same platform. Despite attempting to navigate Groupon for the children's tickets, the process was intricate and unclear. As a result, I couldn't secure the children's tickets or redeem the adult tickets in time for our family reunion, leading us to purchase tickets at full price upon arrival. I'm seeking a refund of $[redacted] to my Mastercard. Thank you for your help.

I purchased the Four Lipo Sculpting deal from Bay Area Body Sculpting for my wife. The first appointment went well, and we redeemed the coupon successfully. However, during the second appointment, the technician suggested purchasing 10 additional sessions for better results. The treatment was shorter and less concentrated compared to the first one. After addressing this with the person in charge, I emphasized that the terms were unclear, and I expected consistent treatment throughout the package. Unfortunately, my wife does not wish to continue with the remaining two treatments. I am seeking a refund or partial reimbursement for the unused sessions.

I have been attempting to obtain a refund for unused services I bought. I purchased 6 kilo sculpting sessions but have been unable to schedule an appointment. The staff member I spoke to was inexperienced with Groupon and could not assist me without charging me again. I was promised a callback from someone who could help, but three weeks have passed with no response. When I try to contact them, I only reach voicemail. My voucher number is LG-F3KZ-GWGT-FTR1-LTYG. The advertisement promised 90-minute sessions, but they only offer 20-minute sessions, which seems misleading. I have also tried emailing them with no reply. Any assistance would be appreciated. Sincerely, D. Pawlaczyk.

I recently purchased a coupon for Melting Pot using my iPad email account, [redacted], by mistake. Unfortunately, I am unable to print out the coupon from there. Could someone please send the coupon to me at [redacted]? I have been researching some comments published by GetHuman and have noticed that some are misleading. There are a few comments claiming that my issue has been resolved, which is not accurate. I am starting to question the purpose of your group. I have not received any assistance so far. Have you attempted to contact Groupon regarding this matter? I am curious to understand the role of your organization, GetHuman.

I visited Las Vegas last week and bought two Groupons for the High Roller and wax museum. My initial transaction was pending for a few minutes, so I re-entered my card details. Typically, Groupons show up instantly, but this time they didn't. I entered a new card number and bought two tickets. I used the Groupons without any issues. After returning to Minnesota, I checked my bank account and noticed a charge for four tickets instead of the intended two. I now have two extra tickets that I can't use because I don't reside in Las Vegas. I quickly used the original two tickets after purchasing them. Can I please receive a refund of $[redacted] for the extra tickets that were charged despite appearing as pending initially? Thank you, J.

I attempted to purchase the Mona Lisa Permanent Makeup, but encountered difficulties processing the order. Prior to this, I had successfully purchased Groupon deals, then began reentering the buy option assuming there was a system glitch. The following day, my credit card was declined despite having sufficient funds. My bank revealed that multiple Groupon purchases prompted them to freeze my card. After clarifying with the bank, they lifted the hold and processed all the attempts. Consequently, I now have 5 permanent makeup Groupons instead of one. The charges of $[redacted], $[redacted], $[redacted], $[redacted] need to be refunded swiftly. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you for your cooperation! L. Wells

Hello, I have been experiencing issues with the website preventing me from purchasing the Groupons I want for the past few days. I have been unable to reach an agent by phone or through live chat, which is frustrating. As a long-time loyal customer, this is a new problem for me. Specifically, I have been trying to buy the $25 for $50 deal with Boston HEMPIRE and a 3.4-ounce bottle of Nautica Voyager cologne, but clicking the "buy" button does not work. I also wanted to use the code "SAVE3" before it expires. Can someone please reach out to me soon via email and phone at [redacted] (cell phone), and provide a direct contact number to ensure efficient communication? Thank you for your assistance.

I recently signed up for the 6-month trial of Groupon Select, intending to only use it for the first month as it was free. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel before the first month ended, and now I am having trouble canceling the membership. After missing the cancellation window, they attempted to charge my account, which had insufficient funds, leading to issues. I tried to cancel, but I was informed I could not do so until 30 days before the trial ends. Due to this delay, some of the money meant for another bill was deducted from my account. I wish to cancel Groupon Select and receive a refund for the deducted amount.

I booked a massage appointment with Multi Mode Massage Therapy to treat myself on vacation using a Groupon. Despite scheduling and filling out paperwork, the therapist didn't show up, leaving me without a massage and unable to book elsewhere with the money tied up. This experience has been disappointing, especially since I value first impressions. I'm hoping for a refund promptly to reconsider using Groupon in the future.

Last weekend, I booked a room at Quality Inn & Suites Niagara Falls using a Groupon deal. Unfortunately, the room I reserved in the main building with an interior entrance was not available due to ongoing renovations, so I was placed in a less desirable room in the motel-style building across the parking lot. This room was smaller, outdated, and had an exterior entrance, which made us uncomfortable. Additionally, the lack of an elevator in the building made it difficult for my older mother to navigate. The pool and jacuzzi were also closed. Upon expressing our concerns to the front desk, we were advised to contact Groupon for any cancellation requests. However, with Groupon's slow response time, we decided to stay. When we tried to use the "vouchers" included in our stay, we found out they were actually coupons that required significant purchases to redeem, rendering them essentially useless. Overall, our experience fell short of the expectations set by the Groupon deal.

I purchased refurbished Beats headphones from Groupon on May 17th and received them on May 31st. Order # [redacted]. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I discovered they were faulty. The headphones wouldn't turn on without being plugged into a power socket and wouldn't connect via Bluetooth, rendering them unusable. Following the return process online, I shipped the item back on June 12th, before the June 15th deadline for a full refund. According to UPS tracking, the package was delivered on June 18th at 1:32 pm. I have allowed up to 10 business days for the refund, but it has not been processed yet. Due to the significant amount of money involved, I am considering further steps to address this issue.

I recently bought a Groupon deal for driveway sealing with Suburban Seal in Maple Grove, MN. When they arrived, they tried to persuade me to pay an extra $40 for caulking the driveway joints, which I declined. Even after refusing the additional work, Chris at Suburban Seal continued to pressure me. I insisted on sticking to the Groupon deal but he insisted on only working with homeowners who maintain their property. He then refused to proceed with the job and mentioned a refund. I am looking to get a refund for this experience. I suggest checking the company's reviews on Yelp, as it seems like I'm not the only one facing this bait-and-switch scam. Despite emailing Groupon customer service multiple times, I have yet to receive a response. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jerry W. [redacted].

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. When I arrived for my appointment at 9 am, there was a long wait because the employee was late and did not have the keys. Despite my efforts to book an appointment for the next day, the service provider was still late the following morning. To make matters worse, I was informed of an additional charge for a service due to their tardiness. The interaction became confrontational and unprofessional, nearly escalating into a physical altercation. The service was not delivered as expected, and I am requesting a complete refund. This establishment's reliance on Groupon deals may be indicative of its overall quality. Professionalism and punctuality should be a priority for any service provider, especially when appointments are scheduled.

I purchased a family voucher this morning for Wally's Inflatables, or so I thought. The payment was deducted from my bank account, but I did not receive an actual voucher or specific number with it. Therefore, I had to place and pay for a second voucher for the same item shortly after. I would like to request a refund for the duplicate purchase. Thank you. - KK
