Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-balederm's own words
I have been dealing with Legacy Box as they didn't do a good job on the order that was sent. They have a lower resolution that what is reasonable on the tapes and the same on the photos. Their customer support said I need to process the refund via Groupon.
