Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

We we're at the *** museum which is apparently a different museum all together. ... I purchased a Groupon for the **** Museum in NYC. The name on the account is Mindy R Early. My email is *****@***.com. It was the wrong one. I had to open it to show the guest services girl outside for her to be sure. I cannot refund through the app because of this. I will be leaving for a cruise in a few hours and unavailable to be contacted for a week. I would like to return the $**.** purchase as I am unable to use it.
The Groupon needs to specify this is not the actual *** museum. I saw many frustrated people with the wrong Groupon.
Just a refund for the unused Groupon.
I love Groupon and the great deal. Groupon is easy to work with other than no longer having a customer service phone number. I am leaving on a cruise in three hours and have no phone access for * days.
