Groupon, **I would like to get a refund for The Body Pod session that I bought. I was not able to use the session because I scheduled a session today, was there exactly on time at **:** PM and then Dr. Redman said I do not have an appointment. I told him I have one and showed him the e-mail that shows the proof that I scheduled it. This session was scheduled the same I way scheduled the previous one and I have all the email proofs to show it was scheduled. He said okay I will try to squeeze you in at *:** pm, I said I cannot wait that long because I was just on my lunch break and I have a lot of work to go back to. He said I will try to squeeze you in. When the next customer comes in, he attends to that other customer instead of me and I asked when will I get my session. He said, I said I will squeeze you in and I said what time as I mentioned previously that I have meetings and son to attend too, I have been waiting for ** minutes already and he wants me to wait for another * hour more to get into my session when I had been there on time. There he said, have I not treated you right, I said no but you are making me wait for a long time and not committing to a time, at this point, he said you have to leave or I will call the police. At that point, I said why would you call the police when it's your scheduling system that has the problem and you are making me wait. That was really disrespectfuly, how can he call the police when it was a problem on his side, I said fine call the police and I have every right to show them my email booking reservation, that there was a reservation and he was making me wait. He keeps on saying you have to leave, you have to leave. I did not get the session that I paid for through groupon, was asked to leave even if I am the one who has the booking reservation and their system has a problem (there is even no apologies for this - if he said I am sorry, he did not, he was like saying it's not his problem, it's not his system, but the scheduling system is part of his business so how can he say that?). So net I did not get the session that I paid for, was wronged for doing the proper step of reserving, waiting and turn down and even asked to leave and threaten to have the police pick me up. This is really very distressing and I am planning to take legal action if no action is done here. First, I request that my money be returned back to me for bad service, second please allow me to be able to give this vendor a bad review for this kind of behavior.
