Hi there so I am with Groupon Merchant. But I would like to speak to someone at the corporate office that can actually deal with my situation. **I have been with you guys since January **,**** and this is been the worst experience of my life, I haven’t been paid once and you guys owe me $*** I’ve not received that.*Also my rep is absolutely horrible she is rude, and she is no help.*I told her I want to speak to her supervisor she said she couldn’t because she didn’t have one. Once I spoke to different Groupon merchant support, they mentioned she does have a supervisor so she lied to me. **And I called multiple other people through your group on merchant support and they all sent emails involving her supervisor and that I did not want to talk to her anymore and I still got messages from her and emails from her saying it’s her responsibility. *I’m fed up and beyond angry with Groupon and how they’re handling the situation. I was on the phone for over four hours with different people trying to get this handled. I want to cancel my account and I will be sharing my Experience with multiple other businesses that I’m involved with! **This is a real joke and I’m so beyond angry with how they’ve handled everything. *When I tried to contact people at the clock corporate office they merely said they had no control over it and that they would have sent me back to Lauren. That stupid there should be someone on top of her to deal these issues. She also has no idea how to deal with her job and deal with people, with the way she treated me! *Feel free to listen to the recorded line, and hear how she totally lied to me and how she laughed at me a few times. That is not how you run a company!
