I placed an order for floating shelves with your company, expecting delivery through Hermes. Unfortunately, due to an error in the automated address system, the parcel was sent to a wrong postcode provided by Groupon, not by me. As a result, I have not received the parcel. I am requesting a refund for the undelivered item. Alternatively, if feasible, I would appreciate it if you could arrange for the shelves to be sent to the correct address. I received a gift voucher for Spa Serenity at Mecure Hull from my husband for Christmas and visited on 9/3/19. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.
Upon arrival, I was instructed to bring my own towel and flip flops as slippers were not provided, only a robe. The pool area appeared nice but lacked supervision, allowing two boys to dive recklessly. This pushed me to leave and head to the spa early.
The changing rooms were outdated, unclean, and in need of renovation. The overpowering smell of disinfectant near the pool was off-putting. During my treatment, I had to repeatedly ask the therapist to reduce the pressure as it was too painful. Although the treatment ended pleasantly, my mini pedicure was not set even by 8pm, so I removed it myself.
Overall, I'm disappointed with the poor quality of service and feel the experience was not worth the £59 my husband paid for the voucher. I am requesting a full refund for this unsatisfactory visit.

I have had a positive experience shopping on Groupon. However, I am having trouble with communication. I made an order in October that required monogramming, but I have not received any updates from either the monogram service or Groupon. After I finished placing my order, an ad appeared offering $10 cash back. I entered my details, but then the ad mentioned a $1.99 charge or a $12.99 monthly deduction by Groupon. I prefer to receive only what I ordered without any additional charges. Since shipping is already free, I don't see why I would need this app. Please ensure my card is not charged extra. I would not want to stop ordering due to this issue.

We bought a Groupon deal for "Dapper Maids" in Haddonfield, NJ. Despite trying to redeem it, the cleaning crew didn't arrive and did not reach out to explain. When contacted, the representative claimed her "GPS was down", but regardless, the lack of communication was disappointing.
The company's solution was to reschedule, but due to the unprofessionalism we experienced, we no longer want to use their service. Unfortunately, they can't issue a refund as our purchase was through Groupon. We are looking to get a refund.

During our recent stay at the Red Roof Inn in Dallas Irving on Ester Road with my boyfriend, we encountered issues with the toilet in our room. Upon arrival, we found toilet paper inside, which led to the toilet overflowing when flushed. This resulted in water spreading onto the floor and through the wall. Despite planning for a two-night stay, we departed the next morning due to the situation. Regrettably, the front desk could not provide a refund as our reservation was made through Groupon. I am disappointed with how our stay unfolded and am seeking a refund for the unused night we had booked.

I used a Groupon coupon to subscribe to the Tampa Bay Times for Thursday through Sunday delivery weekly for 12 months at $70.20. Groupon charged my American Express card on February 4 or 5 for that amount. When I inquired about the subscription around February 15 as I hadn't received any papers, I was informed that it could take 20-25 days for deliveries to start. Today marks 33 days since payment, and I am yet to receive any newspapers. I would like to either have this service initiated promptly or cancel it altogether, either outcome is acceptable at this stage. Kindly update me on the status of my subscription.

I bought a Groupon for a skydiving experience with Skydive Cincinnati back in November [redacted]. On the scheduled day, the company expressed worries about the weather, and our group opted to postpone the jump. We were assured that our Groupons would remain valid for a future date when the weather improved. Fast forward to March, and I discovered that Skydive Cincinnati has shut down. I bought a Groupon for a service at Meg at the Hamill House. I've tried multiple times to schedule an appointment but got no response. A week later, I finally heard back and managed to book an appointment. However, Meg cancelled it later, claiming to be sick, which now makes my Groupon invalid for a refund. I booked a room at Skyline Hotel in downtown Manhattan, New York through Groupon for 03/08/[redacted]. Prior to booking, I contacted the hotel to ensure I could use the reservation the same day. I spoke to a customer service representative named Kiki, who confirmed it was possible. After purchasing the reservation, I arrived at the hotel but they had no record of it. Surprisingly, on 03/09/[redacted], I received an email with a confirmation for the previous day and a bill for $[redacted]. I never stayed at the hotel and promptly request a refund as I possess evidence of the situation.

Hello, I purchased a Groupon voucher some time ago and decided to use it today, March 9th, at "Miu, Miu’s eyelash extension." Upon arrival, they charged me an additional $40 for Mink eyelashes, which I believe was misleading as the initial price was supposed to cover this. In July [redacted], I bought a Groupon for an oil change at Big O Tires in Sacramento. However, when I tried to use it on the same day, they couldn't find it in their system. When I revisited, they couldn't change the oil due to a mechanical issue, so I had to get it done at the dealership. Today, when I checked the Groupon, it shows as redeemed even though I haven't used it yet. I'm looking to redeem the original oil change I purchased from Big O Tires in Sacramento.

I placed an order for a Kintaro sushi coupon on 3/7/[redacted]. I applied the "get 50" discount which was rejected, but the order went through at $21.00 (Order #[redacted]3) without the discount. After contacting customer service, they agreed to apply the discount and refund my credit card, canceling the initial order. A new order (Order #[redacted]6) was then sent to me with no "get 50" discount, but the price increased to $22.00. I received an email about a revised order downloadable to a cellphone, which I do not have access to. I have spent around 3 hours trying to resolve this without success and am frustrated by the lack of real person support. If I cannot get the "get 50" discount to bring the cost down to $10.50, instead of $21.00, please cancel both orders, credit my account, and I will not make any further purchases from your company.

Urgent issue! I did not authorize this order to be charged to my PayPal. The billing process was unclear and happened without my consent. My attempts via Live Chat were unproductive. The lack of merchant information makes it impossible to manage the order. Please cancel this order promptly and refund the full amount deducted from my PayPal account. I tried to stop this transaction within a minute, and for the past half-hour, I have been unable to cancel it. I should not be told it's too late to cancel. Items for purchase should not expire.

I recently received unordered items and have managed to get a partial refund. However, there are ongoing issues with the company's customer service. They have been difficult to reach, disconnecting live chats and shifting blame to technical problems. The most concerning part is a missing vacuum cleaner, which was never used and remains lost after attempting to return it to Groupon. The sheets were successfully returned to Groupon's location in Hebron, Kentucky, but the vacuum is unaccounted for despite visiting the post office in person.

I bought tickets for a snowshoe tour with three friends in January, but it got canceled due to insufficient snow. The company proposed zip lining instead, but I preferred to wait for better snow conditions.
