Cosmed*I have a Groupon of * Velashape sessions with Cosmed starting Tues *******. It’s now redeemed yet not yet used. **First, they marked it as redeemed when I NEVER WENT THERE. You guys were great in getting my purchase unredeemed. Thank you. Now that I’m about to start my sessions, my now issue is that before I left, after making the appointment in person, I was told I had to pay $**, preferably in cash. At first, of course, I agreed verbally. Now looking at the $*** paid for these sessions, the tax is overcharged by ***%!!!!!!*Not the $*.** it should be. The so called tax they are charging is now about *** of price of package!!! Tax is BASED on price of purchase, NOT their probable original price. And want it in cash! Obviously there will be a “discussion” about this fraud, and if I refuse to pay $** in cash, they will just drop my purchase after it’s been redeemed. What do I do if they do not comply with NYS tax law? *Will u reimburse me? Tho they seem to be a legit biz, they also seem to be scammers. Can you help me?
