At midnight of Jan. *, ****, I wanted to purchase $*.** men's belts. So I ordered it, but the process was so complicated that there were two orders* one for $*.**', the other $*.**. So I tried to cancel the order of $*.** for more than one hour. But your system is very difficult for me to resolve it. At one point, I succeeded to contact with your agent who received my message of the cancellation of $*.** order, saying that you would resolve this problem today. So I thought You would do it today. But this morning I received your email which said that the two orders will be shipped to me. So I tried to chat with your agent, asking her to cancel the order of $*.** and ship me only the order of $*.** men's belts, size **-**. But the communication was broken and she chatted that she will send me an email to complete our communication to resolve this problem. But until now I haven't received the email nor any message of the cancellation of the$*.** belts.*I am very frustrated by your handling of this transaction. I am a ** years old Asian-American whose English is not sufficient enough to*communicate on website. But I seems to me that your system is too complicate for me to successfully follow your purchasing methods on-line. Anyway, I want you to ship me *the *.** men's belts only.*Please cancel the shipment,*********** and only send me the shipment,***********(Men's Casual Genuine Leather Belt (* Pack) **-** Multi-color.*I would appreciate your prompt response.*Thank you.
