Had this cost been listed I*would not have bought the coupons.**Each puzzle coupon was $**.**.*The shipping cost for each puzzle was $**.**. This made the total*for shipping $***.**, charged to my Amex card on Dec. **, ****.**They told me that this was for expedited shipping, which they*said I ordered. I did not order*expedited shipping. I did not *want expedited shipping. I did*not GET expedited shipping.**I ordered the puzzles on Dec. **, ****, and did not receive them*until after Christmas, on Dec. **, ****. **The four puzzles came in separate*envelopes. If Pinterprix would have*mailed the four puzzles in one box*the total cost of mailing would have been $**.**, per FedEx. I was*charged $***.** on my Amex*statement.**This is price gouging. What good *does it do to buy a coupon from*Groupon if they charge more than*double the amount of the merchandise and call it "shipping"?**I called Printerpix and was connected to their call center in*India. They speak with an accent*that prevents me from being able*to communicate effectively. A man*named Clinton spoke with me, and*said he could issue a credit to me*for $$**.**. I told Clinton that more than that should be credited*to me. Clinton said that he would*ask his manager if they can refund the whole shipping amount, and *that he would call me back by tomorrow, Jan *, ****. He did*not call back. **The call center in India said they have no record of an offer to return even the $**.**.**The Groupon advertisement did *not advise me that the shipping*charges would be so ridiculous.**The Groupon advertisement said*that these were "wooden" puzzles.*However, wooden puzzles are *about ***" thick. These puzzles*look and feel like regular puzzle*pieces, made from what appears*to be cardboard.
