I want to have my “Window Squad” Groupon refunded because it was literally impossible for me to redeem my voucher. I spent weeks trying to schedule my power wash appointment. I called every day for a week when I finally got ahold of someone. He said he couldn’t talk then, but took my number and promised to call back. Two days later he hadn’t called back so I called yet again and left a message saying I was going to cancel my Groupon before my cancelation window ended since I feared I wasn’t going to ever even manage to get an appointment. He called back and said he wasn’t with his calendar then but he could do the appointment any time the first week of December and to just text him what day he wanted and he’d put it on the calendar. Through text I finally got an appointment for December *th. On December *th I tried calling to confirm for the next day, no answer, I left a message. The man never showed up and I’ve yet to hear from him since. I tried emailing Groupon but never got a response. And it appears impossible to call anyone at Groupon. I’m hoping someone will finally talk to me and give me my money back.
