Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-mrkreddy's own words
I place an order for an item with Qualty personalized hand towels in on October **th and I did not receive the item so far and upon contacting the vendor, I received the following email. *****Karla (Qualtry)**Nov **, *:** PM CST**Hello,**Thank you for your email. I apologize for the inconvenience but we are currently sold out of Hand Towels. We expect a new shipment to arrive Mid-December. *We can choose to either leave the order as is and wait for the shipment to arrive or cancel the order at this point. If cancelled, I will refund the full amount we collected. If you used a discount code on the order, you will need to contact Groupon or Living Social for the remainder of the refund.*Please let me know how you would like to proceed. **Thank you, *Karla *Qualtry Customer Support**I would like to request a refund from Groupon for the coupons purchased as I did not receive the shipment yet. Order details are as follows:***Order *:************Purchase Date:*Wednesday, Oct **, *****Expires:*Tuesday, Jan **, *****Qty:***Order Total:*(American Express ending in ****)*$**.**

GetHuman-mrkreddy did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
