I purchased a groupon that came with a package of two massages.**One of the massages was used over a month ago, so I scheduled the second one. When I arrived, the owner told me that she could not perform the massage for me because I had already used one. She said that only one groupon could be used per person.**I explained to her that I had only purchased one groupon for myself, not a gift for anyone else. I also told her that the policies states that the services must be used by the same person, but could not be used at the same time.**The owner went on to read the policy and told me that I needed to gift the second massage to another person.**My confusion in all of this is that it does not state that the purchaser of the Groupon has to gift one of the massages to another person. **I have purchased a Groupon for someone as a gift and I was required to enter that person's name and it came with a separate Groupon number.**At this point, I no longer desire to get a massage with the place for which the Groupon was purchased. A full refund seems unfair because I have already redeemed one. Is it possible to receive half of a refund?**If the understanding is correct on my part, please let me know and if the owner is incorrect, please give her an explanation of the proper use of a two massage Groupon voucher.**Please make me aware of what my options are and if any further information is required.**Sincerely,**Carla Word
