I purchased a haircut appointment, Groupon accepted my payment of ** dollars to Jolie Salon in Blue Bell, PA. I called the salon to schedule an appointment. I was told I cannot use it because it was less than year since I had a haircut. In other words, I paid for nothing. * Because I was unable to use the voucher at Jolie, I looked through Groupon to find another place for my haircut, found a place,, and called for an appointment. Unfortunately, I clicked the purchase twice, and was charged for * haircuts at Salon *** in Horsham, PA. * The description on Groupon was for a deep conditioning, a haircut, and a blowout. I asked for a bob haircut, which is haircut the is I always wear. What I got instead was an uneven, chopped haircut that left my hair without volumn and too messed up to think about getting another cut for months or it be would unacceptable to wear.* I didn't get the conditioning as promoted. I got a lousy haircut and I don't want to go back to Salon ***. * My appointment was on October **, ****. I have been embarrassed since then. I was told to call Groupon to get a refund from both these places. I just found the number to call now, and I was told to email you via the message on your hard to find customer support.* Please refund immediately the money I spent on this nightmare. The prices I paid for this was ** dollars at Salon Jolie, and ** dollars twice at Salon *** (one unused voucher). Thank you in advance for help.**Susan P. Keightly**** *** ****
