I’ve been a customer for a good number of years. This is my second year purchasing tickets for the Moscow Russian Ballet on Groupon at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. We had no complaints last year, which is why I purchased them again this year. However, once I purchased this year, I noticed that my tickets wouldn’t be available until a few days prior to the event, which means that I couldn’t see my seats until today. We bought tickets that were advertised through Groupon as being an over $*** value for $**... Side note: I could have bought tickets for **, $**, $**, and $** through The Ryman... but unfortunately I didn’t. So I just checked out tickets and we are literally the second row from the back on the bottom, which are the WORST and CHEAPEST seats in the entire place. I’m pissed. If I had bought these exact seats through the Ryman website, I would have paid $** per ticket NOT $** from you guys. I will NEVER buy a thing from your company again. This was a Christmas gift for my mom and I am beyond disappointed and frankly embarrassed. The only thing that would remedy this situation is a refund of $** PER ticket (we bought *) because that is the exact price we should have paid for these ridiculous seats. *Summer Moore*Nashville, Tennessee
