Just use the service I purchased. ... I have been trying for Five weeks to even get in touch with this company to make an apt. Before I bought the groupon I wrote and they got back to me in the same day saying that they had apts. **Now I have at least Eight failed attempts over the Five weeks (Six Texts (preferred method), Two emails and Two phone calls leaving messages). Five days ago I asked politely to get back to me or I would be requesting a refund. I pre-arranged this groupon and mentioned that I was hoping to have it done in * weeks as I had my parents coming from out of country to visit their new grandson ... Just wanted to take one thing off my plate and have a professionally cleaned car.
At this stage I would still take the service, when I bought it in Oct, I was hoping to have it done for next week when my parents visit. I mostly want a REFUND.
I have sent weekly, polite and multi-platforms messages asking if they could touch base about booking an apt. ZERO rudeness, just understanding and politeness.
Email Twice, Phone Call Twince, Text Six Times as it was his preferred method of contact. He wrote once and said he was on the road and would write back tomorrow.
