Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-gemkreat's own words
I ordered the dinkleboo personalized childrens book. I went to redeem the voucher and I was very disappointed in the book selection for toddlers. There was only one that truly qualified for a YOUNG toddler and it was not done well. I called the company to ask some questions and found out that their description of the soft cover books was INCORRECTLY advertised. Soft cover means cloth. She said that what it actually is with THEIR company is business card thickness paper. I want a refund. This is not what I was purchasing. Advertisement is misleading. The stories are way above the toddler levels. The only one that would qualify for young toddlers is about colors and it is still poorly written. The shipping is as much as the book and neither is worth it. AND it will not get here in a timely enough manner to be gifted when they are in town. This is a very expensive, poorly written, low quality materials (especially for a toddler), inaccurately advertised, falsely advertised (on the soft cover), product. I want my money refunded immediately. Thank you for your help!
