Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-healthyf's own words
I bought a Groupon for $** for $** worth of flowers with Proflowers on ******** so I could get flowers delivered to my mom the next day for her **th birthday. I then paid another $**.** to get the flowers I wanted. When my mom never got anything by *pm I called to find out when she could expect it. Turns out that they were not delivered. The person I spoke to couldn't tell me much. After I pressed him he said they had a MD address, not WI where I ordered them to go. Totally blamed it on me. I offered to share the confirmation receipt I had proving it wasn't my mistake. He didn't want to see it. He was so rude and he didn't ever admit it was their fault. Worst customer service ever. Then put me on hold for a long time not asking if it was ok. I finally told him I wanted my money back when he said he couldn't help me. He said he'd refund me but I still don't have my $**.** back and of course no flowers either. This place is so bad that I'd like my $** Groupon back too. Thanks for any help.
