Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hello,**Last weekend, I purchased a Groupon beauty deal and my card was declined. My credit card was locked and I had to get it fixed. I checked to verify that my card was invalid when I attempted to purchase the deal again but it still said invalid. I then went to the bank to fix the issue with my credit card and it was ready for use. I ended up not going to the beauty deal because it had informed me that it didn't take my payment the two times I attempted. However, I checked my bank account a few days after and the account says Groupon charged me twice for the beauty deal. Since I did not know it was charged and thus I did not go to the appointments, I would like to cancel those two purchases and get a refund please. **Thank you
