The issue in GetHuman-yvonka's own words
Hello Groupon, I purchased a Aura Laser Skin Care IPL treatment from Groupon. I showed up for my appointment on ******* to redeem the service. The owner (Nader) at Aura Laser would not honor my Groupon voucher, he said because in the fine print, the service only applies to new clients. I looked at the voucher to see Nothing is said regarding new clients only. When I initially made the appointment, Aura should have mentioned this then. I had been to Aura Laser a year ago for a botox treatment. I have never had an IPL treatment before at Aura Laser. When they offered the IPL on Groupon, I bought it not knowing it applied to new clients only, even though it doesn't say it in the fine print.* I feel Aura Laser is being dishonest with me, and are not following a fair business practice.*Please refund or give me a credit for my Aura Laser IPL purchase.*My voucher number *******
