Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-jeclause's own words
I purchased Groupon Adaptive Firearms April **th. for $***.**. When I called to schedule, I was told there would be an additional charge of $**.** because I did not have my own gun & amo.*No where did this appear on the deal. The only stipulation was you needed to be ** & needed to call for a time to take the course. I have made numerous attempts to cancel (even called them & they said they don't receive any money, so I needed to contact Groupon). I tried to resolve this through GetHuman & they told me it had been resolved & to allow ten days for the refund to show up on our account. It NEVER HAS! I am most disappointed in Groupon. There is no longer a way to reach you by phone (I tried so many times). I keep getting notifications that the deal is soon to expire. PLEASE contact me & let me know you will resolve this immediately! This has been a very unplesant experience & has taken a great deal of my time. I have been a good customer & I am now putting my trust in you to take care of this with refunding $***.** to my MasterCard. Thank You! Joan Clausen Phone * *******-****
