A should be simple purchase turned into a nightmare when I had to make several attempts to purchase these go cards, as the transactions kept failing, no fault of my own* your online system was failing. Because each of my transactions failed initially, I had no reason to suspect any of them would complete later and result in charges to my credit card. I was on vacation, time was of the essence, so I made other arrangements to purchase go cards via another vendor. When I return home from my vacation and checked my credit card statement, I found charges from Groupon for the following: order***********, *******, ******* (* adult, * child cards). I have no need for these go cards now, as I do not intend to return to DC anytime soon, I don’t want Groupon bucks for a later date, I just want the charges that should never have been charged to my credit card, credited. I am extremely dissatisfied with your customer service. There should be a number for customers to call immediately when something like this happens and not require customers to communicate through chat, where some explanations may be misunderstood or not clearly communicated. When customers are upset, as I am, a quick response can save hours, days, weeks of unnecessary anguish, thinking no one is interested or even capable of understanding your plight. The only resolve extended to me, thus far, is an offer to trade in my voucher for the * child go card for something else. I am not satisfied with that offer. However, no offers have been made to resolve the matter of the * adult cards. Like I said, I want my card refunded for $***.** for the * adult cards and $**.** for the child card. I would like a phone call at ***-***-****
