Get a $** refund. ... ********* Representative Glen suppose to send me confirmation for $**.** refund for Hair Razors, Clermont, FL. Never received it. Please send. He also told me my account, my name was hacked. Told me a company could fix it. I was suspicious. Asked cost to fix? He disconnected me. Now, I'm scared and worried. Afraid to use Groupon. Pls contact me re refund and if this guy tried to scam me. Thank you.
Spoke to Groupon Customer Svs Rep, Glen, on the evening of **********. He told me he gave me the refund and that I would get an email confirmation in one hour. Never got it. Then, said my "name was hacked" and he could get it fixed!? Very weird. I said how much would that cost? He hung up! Poor service. Could just about hear and understand Glen as he had an accent making it rather difficult. Not a happy customer.
Refund my money. Explain why I was told my name was hacked and why a service to correct such a problem was suggested. Very suspicious and difficult for me to logically comprehend.
I have purchased several items on Groupon. Haven't been a longtime customer. I would like to get this issue resolved. Can I trust this company in the future? I'm not sure. Can't reach them as they make a customer jump through hoops repeating the same thing over and over explaining the problem.
