Spoke to Groupon Customer Svs Rep, Glen, on the evening of **********. He told me he gave me the refund and that I would get an email confirmation in one hour. Never got it. Then, said my "name was hacked" and he could get it fixed!? Very weird. I said how much would that cost? He hung up! Poor service. Could just about hear and understand Glen as he had an accent making it rather difficult. Not a happy customer.
Refund my money. Explain why I was told my name was hacked and why a service to correct such a problem was suggested. Very suspicious and difficult for me to logically comprehend.
I have purchased several items on Groupon. Haven't been a longtime customer. I would like to get this issue resolved. Can I trust this company in the future? I'm not sure. Can't reach them as they make a customer jump through hoops repeating the same thing over and over explaining the problem.
