got groupon for Extreme Clean in Feb. followed directions to set up time. * days before schedule THEY called said they had family emergency out if state. We agreed to a re-schedule when emergency was resolved. They never called back so I pursued them after a reasonable time (month or so). Only got an answering machine on which I left detailed messages. Call backs did happen but I was out farming. So we played phone tag for a while. Finally, told answering machine to just set time and I would alter my schedule to meet their time. Accidentally , a phone call came from the owner and I was in. We talked and he said he thought it had been scheduled. he assured me he would take care of it. I have not heard back since June.
