I have contacted customer service on three different times in reference to my purchases...

I have contacted customer service on three different times in reference to my purchases but have never received a response. L* I even spoke to A chat customer service representative who was not able to answer my questions even though it was a very easy issue to handle. Anyway I had purchased a subscription to the Baltimore Sun and the Capital Gazette at the cost of $**.** each but never heard back from either publication. Since then I have found out that I am going to another medical facility where they do not deliver to. So I put a order for the H.G.T.V magazine for the cost of $**.** thinking I would be able to trade it in especially since my time had expired on both newspapers. However I looked at my bank statement the next day only to see that I was charged for $**.**. So now at this time you have a total of $**.** and have not received anything in return. Every time I try to sign in to the website it wants me to put in my old password and enter a new password but still not able to get anywhere.
