We ordered tickets for captain john boats whale watching in Provincetown, MA. Our voucher only specified to show up to the location at ** pm with the groupon voucher.**Than we called the whale watching company around * am and they told us you need to put the voucher number on the website to redeem the actual tickets but when we tried to it wasnt working. We called again and they said the codes that they give through groupon are all letters and no numbers. The voucher that groupon gave us only had codes with both numbers and letters.**Than we called again saying we didnt have the code with only letters. They said to make contact with groupon, because that code is supposed to be on the groupon voucher. Then they said the boarding starts at *:** am so even if we had the number we weren’t going to be able to reserve are seats because that closed an hour before boarding.**We didnt know anything about boarding at *:** or about reserving our seats. At this point there was no possibility for us to make it to the boat before boarding and even if we did we didnt have a number to reserve are seats.**We were only staying in Cape Cod for the night before and could only go the morning of July ** so we had no choice but to cancel our plans. We would like to get our money refunded. Thank you.
