The issue in GetHuman-jonolsze's own words
Hello, I have emailed, chatted * times and requested a call back but my issue is still unresolved. The order * ********** needs to be cancelled immediately. It is a duplicate order and I did not request it. I was told by Groupon customer support that I was safe to pay through paypal since the first order was denied by my bank, and made it clear that I didn't want a *nd mattress. This took place on *******. I paid for order * ********** and was given a tracking *. Then a day later was charged again for another mattress with the order * in question. I responded to customer support immediately (well within the two hours) and was told by that support agent that there was not a *nd order and my bank would be re-credited. I told her that it had a *nd order number and she disconnected our chat while I was still typing. Then contacted another agent via chat and she admitted it was a mistake but it has not been resolved. The mattress has not shipped as of yet and I have contacted my bank to cancel the pending payment to Groupon. Please cancel the order * ********** and DO NOT ship a *nd mattress.
