Name did not cross over when edited when tickets were purchased ... I paid $*** for Universal park tickets. When I checked out I entered my real name and phone number. When I went to print vouchers for some reason that info never crossed over and it does not have the same name on my ID. My name on Groupon is Lisa S. And my ID is Elizabeth Santos. I’ve contacted Groupon on several occasions and this still has not been resolved. My vacation is coming up on **** and I would this to be resolved by then so there are no issues when I print my tickets. I have the same email on file and I will be using the same debit card I used to purchase these tickets. I need this matter resolved. The customer service rep I was dealing with was absolutely no help at all and seems she was just following a scripted protocol. This is not a $** item I purchased! It’s a $*** and I refuse to just lose out on my hard earned money! Please help me with this *I thank you in advance
It’s $*** and my vacation is the week after next
I would like the tickets to have my correct info or a refund*credit so I can repurchase the tickets
I’ve never had an issue with this before
